The pivotal part of the RNS is the word "Intention", which we are all aware of the saying....

"paved with good intentions"???

The road to hell is paved with good intentions means, it is not enough to simply mean to do well, one must take action to do well. ...

And the EDL action will be to get the coal for sale production up to BREAK EVEN...

Now I do not know if this "BREAK EVEN" includes to US$50K (ish) is included in this or not.
