Pi/Aerial - I do not think AM is anything like RS, but could still be proved wrong. Lets get this year behind us and see what January brings?

Saus - I still say let AM have a chance and see what happens with any share issue.

His first RNS did have something which was never in any of RS's, actual details such as names of who the new contracts were for.

HR - I would like to know how much of an impact these had during 2019????

Pi - Saus - 600,000,000 new ordinary shares of 0.02p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 0.05p per Ordinary Share

This is from the RNS 6th September 2019 so if we can do it again, with what monies EDL has, this may be sufficient to reach the break even point.

The last thing I would want is the directors stuffing their own pockets with more discounted shares.

If anything I would expect any member of EDL management who has not taken their salary to put it down to bad management and leave it at that.

Sausage - thee last share issue was priced at 0.05p and now the SP is 0.0425p so I would hope the new share issue will be the same at 0.05p.

Pi - I assume the big investors in EDL would look at things as and when necessary. The way they have been hoovering the shares up, they believe we are a good investment, and are nearing a break even position.

Aerial - I take it as a necessary statement because until the deed is done anything can happen, but I believe AM is trying to be as up front as he is allowed to be, within RNS protocol.

Aerial - I took it as an early Christmas present from AM. :) :) :)

AM did suggest there was someone who may be interested in buying more shares in EDL....

Read a report saying 10% drop in buying????

HR - you took the line out of context, it should have been " we will be millionaires"

Just because you post it does not make it fact. You have to prove it with details.
Such as RNS date, price before and price a day later. I would say a minimum of 10 RNS's

GW - while i hear what you are saying, I believe AM now being in control of the info stream we will hear more about what is happening and this in itself will help the SP, as he seems to tell it like it is with details included.

Where we were told about contracts, AM is telling us who the contracts are with.

Since 10th December SP has gone up by approx 30% :) :) :)
