Does feel like prospectus must be close now...i got back in as dont want to miss initial lift off always risky trying to buy when theyre flying like NASA lol going to keep topping up until news hits

i reckon there are some big buyers waiting for the news to drop IMHO and this will multibag in a day

many will sell out at 0.016p to break even but we're still talking 3-4 bag and who knows how high from there

I personally think giving shares to directors is a good sign as will give them more reason to commit to the cause especially when revenue is low at this early stage

0.0030p today just before prospectus seems like bargain to me

who knows what this could go to once prospectus hits

nice thing is SP cant go much lower (esp now we know prospectus coming so Icon staying on market)

As 6th tranch with EHGO has been activated the prospectus must be available to them according to financing agreement, next step is to get FCA to approve it and then it will go public. I reckon the prospectus will give us a clue at least of the new business and RTO then this will start to fly IMHO

Will admit when im wrong sounds like a prospectus is about to land after all guessing it will give detail of the RTO target as well as new business model

likewise if Brad Taylor's buddies OTT Holdings had confidence there will be shareholder value they wld be properly investd with at least 25% total shares bt the PSC08 form proves they don't either

EHGO and OTT work closely with brad taylor so must know the plans bt they are not holding/buying

the PSC08 is the canary in the coalmine IMHO

Sorry daffypicker but without EHGO/OTT backing icon is a gonna sadly, think people will start putting 2 and 2 together this week and move onto bigger and better things hopefully before the goodbye RNS/suspension hits. icon isnt the first company to die soon after admin period and wont be the last. directors will be able to say they did what they could but no agreement reached is my guess.
