I admire your optimism but let's not get ahead of ourselves there's still a very long way to go but it's the most positive moves since the conflict started .

Abject - Yes agree it's an Evraz board but the reason we are in this mess is because of the consequences of the Russian invasion of Ukraine unfortunately, but ok less politics and hopefully we come out of this with something.

I think for me the way Trump looked like he would do anything to make Putin happy was a insight into the way America is going down the gutter with trump in charge,rolling out the red carpet by a couple of American soldiers applauding putin as he walked that red carpet ,they looked like old friends welcoming each other after many years , many American generals have went on record to say how humiliated they feel after the circus in Alaska , it's went horribly wrong for trump unfortunately but it showed up Americaon the world stage as being weak , there was nothing gained, Putin came out stronger and got his photo op on US soil and just rolled over Trump , the body language of the US delegates spoke volumes .

Abject -I think your 100% correct , I also think the only winner from Fridays meeting was Putin , I'm no fan of trump but he just made America look very weak fawning all over Putin a man with an international arrest warrant against him for war crimes , absolutely shocking ! what was trump thinking about !

Sounds like there wasn't much to cheer about after this meeting, got the impression Putin was calling all the shots with Trump .

Sp reached 158 this morning before drawing back , thought it would have a better bounce than that after these results?!!

Hopefully this is the start of some sort of recovery for JUP ,have stuck with this one after buying in 3 years ago and then the obvious drop to the 70/80ps recently ,tempted to sell and move the funds into something else especially after the dividend cut and into a small profit although my dividends were reinvested.

Farage and his mate trump hardly condem the Russians with regards the thousands of people killed in Ukraine infact Farage and Trump both are Putin sympathisers which is clear for all to see " Comrade "

And what would Reform do to make things better ? Who amongst their MPs (5 )have anything to bring to the table through their experience in politics that would bring drastic change ? Every time a Reform MP opens their mouth in the commons they end up getting laughed at as the only thing they prattle know about is the immigration issue, Farage is never their ! ,his own constituence ars sick of him as he drifts away to America to kiss up to that man they foolishly voted for over there and look at the mess his mob are in .

Farage and his party are just the Tory party on steroids, IF Reform were to be elected to run the country after the next election they would quickly come down to earth when they realise just what's involved in running a government and at the same time trying to follow through with the promises they made to their followers, all bang and bluster and angry maga like politics with very little coherent professional abilities amongst them .
