It would be nice to get a good one tomorrow when everyone gets paid the dividend.

I can't see this staying this low for the divi reinvestment on payout day. I hope it does. Plenty of cheap shares.

The share price is still way under valued. If the dividend payed is one a year that gives Oct a yield of 5%. If 2 dividends are payed that will give 10% yield.

Also reinvested dividends can give huge rewards for long term holders. Read up on compounding dividends.

Perfect timing would be for a good update on the day of dividend payout or even announce another divi to be paid in December. That could cause more people want to reinvest the dividends. This could then re-rate the share.

I'm waiting to reinvest my divi and the more this drops the more shsres we can buy.

Is selling his stake. This will be a good opportunity to buy them cheap and also in the next few weeks investors can reinvest the dividends at a great price.

We will have had 2 dividends in 10 months. We could already be getting 10% a year if one was interim and this one was a final dividend.

Hong Kong is a slow drawn out process anyway due to regulations. We had ticked all the boxes. When we get this new qualified emplyee passed we are good to go. To get the regulated go ahead in HK is huge for us.

Dividend maintained and also revenue up 16%.

This is great for long term investors. Any sort of increase on this dividend and we will be heading for double digit payouts -

Also the dividend is paid 2 months earlier than last year. These figures are from 6 months ago. You could quite easily add another million plus to the cash pile.

NOTICE OF ANNNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The Company has today published its report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2018 (the "Accounts"), a copy of which is being posted to Shareholders along with a Notice of AGM and is also available on the Company's website, www.octagonalplc.com. The AGM will be held at the offices of Hill Dickinson LLP, The Broadgate Tower, 20 Primrose Street London EC2A 2EW at 10.00 a.m. on 25 October 2018

The Company has also declared and will pay a dividend of 0.1 pence per ordinary share as per the timetable below:

• Ex-Dividend Date: 11 October 2018

• Record Date: 12 October 2018

• Payment Date: 26 October 2018
