My apologies Warrie.A highly respected poster on one board thinks the 8.5% is part of the total farm out of 75% .I thought the 8.5% was not part of the farm out and that the 75% is attributed to Conrad alone

It’s obvious it’s 8.5% mate but there is a difference of view on boards as to whether the 8.5% is included in the 75% farm out ! These boards are about clarity which is not always obvious.Arrogance is not necessary
