As the furst 2 trades are apparently above the bid, they may be buys. The third is just beliw the bud so may be a sell. Basically we are watching the MM's "maklng a market" by distorting the bid, ask and spread. The only way to get a real price is a dummy trade - don't be misled by this rubbish, which is what the market wants.

Mkx007 my thinking exactly. Its a risk but IMO the price is so cheap its worth a punt.

and LSE ( or somebody ) is still misreporting buys and sells. 1.527 Sold plus 1.062 Bought does not equal 4.090 Volume ! But 1.527 Sold and 2.562 Bought does. No wonder the sp bears no relation to the bid and ask - which also look way out.

There are two buys of 750,000 shares at 1.495 and 1.50 which don't seem to be included. Interesting to see the ask reported as 1.30 when someone has paid 1.495 and 1.50 for 1.5m shares which represents abou 30% of todays trade. Looking forward to a tick up at close.

RKBeekeeper - I held and sold at a small loss a couple of years ago and have been watching since for this to bottom out. I'm with you, top sliced a couple of other holdings to raise enough to buy 150,000. Good luck !

news. We've had shed loads of bad and the share has to turn somewhere. I think that somewhere is about now and I'm in. Make your own minds up - but I still say at these prices its worth a few hundred pounds for 50,000 shares, which might turn out to be a very good investment. Watched this one for several years and its never been lower. It can go up, possibly by a factor of 10, or 20 - or down a maximum of 1.20 at present prices, my money is on up. As always DYOR. Cyrox - seems logical, I'm in at 1.37 so 2 would be ok but hoping for a better return longer term. Is it possible to check the terms of tranche 3 ? The option was supposed to be exercised in June ( although tranche 2 was taken a couple of months late ) is there a time limit on these things ? Can tranche 3 still be taken and if so for much longer ? Do grph have to allow this if ( big if ) they don't need the cash ? They must be more than aware of what the effect could be on an sp they're presumably trying to rebuild.

Don't Know. At this price its a cheap punt for a reasonable number of shares. You pays your money and makes your choice !

The RNS on 11/9 makes it clear all notes issued have been redeemed and that no more have been issued, yet. So the thing to do is watch for an RNS announcing the issue of a third tranche before we start worrying about their redemption surely ?

So far 70 notes have been issued and 70 cleared so unless the third tranche is issued will it be, can it be so late ?) aren't we clear now ?

Rereading RNS's the 23/12 RNS talked about tranche 1 30 notes and an option on 10 ( not taken up ) tranche 2 17/3 - actually 40 notes issued 15/5 so maybe the 10 added in here and went on to say tranche 3 30 notes, would be issued on 9/6. Whilst these haven't been issued - presumably if they had an RNS would be mandatory, would this option still be open - given that it was supposed to be taken up in June ?

a gift IMO. Can't understand anybody selling unless they're trying to trade and bought in a couple of days ago, in which case why sell at a loss ?. With a bit of good news ( now Darwin have converted all their bonds ) there is every chance the sp will start to recover towards a more realistic price - even 3p ( far below historic prices ) will give you 100% plus returns - patience required ! As always DYOR.

Begger - although graphene still have debt I think thi is refkected in where the sp is now. Its not that long since it was in the 30p range. They have gone a long way to sorting out their problems and ( somehow ) stayed in business. So I say fair play to them and as they have products and some orders, in a promising new market at 1.5p they are worth a punt in my book. As I've already said its a speculative buy, but 100,000 shares at £1500 has the potential to become a lot more. Definitely woth it in my opinion, but as always do your own research.

or 1.35 to sell so prices currently more like the real thing, although the spread is still pretty wide. Happy to watch and wait.

of 1.38. Happy to wait and see how this goes. Used to hold some when they were 30p plus but got out as they fell. I still think this is a share that should do well so couldn't resist a punt at these prices once Darwin had finished converting their notes. GLA.

Never seen a spread of 45% that I can recall - I would have thought 153 trades and 12m shares would have given the market enough data to get a bit (like 90%) more accurate. Obviously its tough making a market on these shares ?

Like this is tantamount to manipulating the share price surely ? Can't you fix this LSE ?

has the bid at 1.45 and ask at 1.89. So my guess is the sp must be around 1.60 to 1.65.
