The EGM and consequent actions look a long way off presently.

As the spread is still 0.50 and the bid has not changed (yesterday or today at 2.20) my shares held with HL and valued on the bid have not gone up.
The issue, as yesterday, is still the 22.7% spread - either narrow the spread (or show the real figures) - or are the MM,s trying to manipulate the market ? ( Again ).

Are giving the markets verdict. It is not transformational, it has ( so far ) had no effect whatsoever, except causing more disappointment, confusion and delay. The last thing we needed was to wait even longer - November ? To see if this is a good deal, a real deal or something else.

Thanjs Jetty. I'm with HL who always value the portfolio on the bid - so effectively they understate the value of solo, in particular, constantly.

and misrepresnting the truth.
All sales appear to beacat abot 2.58 to 2.60 not 2.40 and there are very few buys ( if any ) at 2.90.
How do the MM's get away with this and why stifle trades - surely the higher the volume the more they make in commission?

Drewky what you say sounds reasonable but heard it all before several times over the last 18 months.
What happens every time a bit of long awaited news drops ? Yeah a one or two day spike and the the sp falls even lower. Just look at the three month graph. So sadly I just don't believe it any more. Not selling, not buying, not commenting anymore just hanging on desperately hoping the bandits have left enough crumbs fir some sirt if return sometime. Who knows ? Noone.

Mother of all deals - ffs even the ipad is pi**ed !

Drewky - waited patuently for months topping up to average down after buying in initially last Feb 2017.
Dropped the ave from 5.96 to 3.8 and increased holding to £25k ( purchase price ) while waiting for various bits of good news, seismic reports, cpr, dev licence ( outstanding ) and farm out - the morpther if all deals according to many.
Well here we are every bit of news has caused a short lived spike and an almost immediate drop in sp. The farm out finally arrives and it turns out we have sold 50% of a an asset supposedly worth hundreds of millions ( or more j for a sum worth far less than that value ( 35m ? ) plus an income of 11m and development costs of 105m being covered by the company that will reap 50% of that future value ie half of hundreds of millions ( or more ) while we are left with 1/3rd of what we used to own. I know we couldn't afford to develop it on our own but we didn't need to virtually give away 2/3rds of our assets for such a cheap price which will reap far greater rewards for the zubairs than their outlay or our remaining paltry share. It is a bad deal made in desperation by an inept bod who have squandered our cash IMO. Turning £25k into £14k doesn't look like a good return to me and after the last 18months waiting longer for more promised lands does not fill me with joy or my bank account with cash. Still holding still very pi**ed off - suspect I'm far from alone.
