Brad FCA shorts are down since Fri to 4.48%

Now 4.48% as Polygon have dropped of the radar. pparently down 0.52% - but more likely they have moved their position to less than 0.50%. Whichever it is its good new and great to see the shorts back dwn into the 4%s - even if it is a % of 6.9bn rather than 4.7bn shares.
Maybe a blue day Monday ? Perhaps we'll get some news. GLA LTH

taufor the 3 trades at 14:51 2 x 750,000 and 1 x 1,500,000 certainly give weight to your theory.
Seems the PI's aren't getting the best end of the deal.

Robins its a hard lesson, but well learnt.
If you can and the return is worth it, i.e. you can drop your average by a reasonable amount ( not fractions of a penny ) now may be a good time to top up and average down.

Got a bit excited.

When you place shares at a huge discount and the price fall to that figure its not manipulation ?
When dozens of A trade sales drive the sp down its not manipulation ?
When massive funds sell months in advance of placings ( possibly with better foresight than us ) , the price falls and then they buy a couple if hundred million more shares than they ( probably sold by panicking P I's ) thats not manipulation ?
To be fair the spikes are almost certainly due to over excited PI's buying when they should be selling ( been there in 2016 and, to my irritation, again last September ), so thats irrational sentiment driven rather than manipulation.

Vin I'm stickily holding on to 290,000 and a very large (50%) paper loss.
In the grand scheme of things and given time, while half of what we hoped for has gone, thanks to dilution ( for whatever reason ), the eventual return may well be worthwhile. Possibly to my sons if not me, depending on how long it takes.
I fully understand how the money men have this firmly in their tight grip, and why, and how.
It still feels very unfair and it is definitely not comfortable. Personally and I'm sure I'm not alone I'm well pissed off.
That said I'm waiting for that worthwhile return and my shares are going nowhere except to my family if the road is too long for me. GLA LTH and many thanks to HMG.

In brief why can we place $500m dollars plus worth of shares in a few days, but it will, apparently, take several months to place a similar amount of bonds ?

Myo they held 258m shares at 28/02 = 4.85% of their assets so if they have 6.7% of their assets as shares now about
125m more shares ? Say 385m to make it easy ?
