Bellers thos big buys are not showing on the HL Trades by volume tab, so I'm guessing they are the type of trade that does not affect the sp in other words large trades by II, or Shorts ?
No change in shorts reported yet but I'll look later.

At least the spread is reasonable today even if the sp rocks backward and forward like a tree in the wind.

Bellers pretty much the same here. Adding a little when I can. Watching and waiting ( hoping).
Ave 10p lower than it was but it pains me to see trades buying double my holding at a fifth of the cost.
Tomorrow is another day, treasuring them all.

Still begs the question why soes the sp fall on small sells and on big buys ? See the 250,000 plus buys in the last hour.

drop the sp but 3 buys of 250,000 or more in the last hour ( 1 for over 700,000 ) do not lift the sp at all ?
Maybe a tick up to close ?

If correct Donald Strang must be looking forward to his bonus and Chris Fraser must feel many of his problems have been solved ?
Is there anyway to double check the % held by II and Private Investors.

Alan G I really hope so, we have been on the receiving end several times and I for one would relish seeing the boot on the other foot and planted firmly into an appropriate spot.

Amazing how they turned up just after St 1 was announced in Nov 2016 and their short was at its peak as St2 ran into real trouble with their owners at the helm. Just coincidence of course and at least they've ad he decency to run their holding down now the coffers are virtually empty.
I wonder how much they made at our expense. Nice doing business with the yanks.
Still it could be worse at least Crispin Odey has left us alone, so far.

today ? Very few A trades, almost non stop “sells” followed by a tranche of almost non stop “buys” including a few reasonably large ones. All following an unusual Ut Auction at lunch where the bid was 0.19 higher than the ask and sp, which were the same.
Large trades or action of some type in the background, as yet undisclosed ?
Sp seems to be holding well.

Bid hasn't moved, spread dropped from 14% to 3%.
MM manoeuvres again.
