Personally, I think the strategic view is that IRH has just invested far more into Alphamin then you would think is reasonable if they are only expecting a few more years of mine life. Clearly, they need to find more metal.

A few days later, Rome (which has as its Chair Alphamin's founder and the same exploration team that discovered Bisie) releases an RNS basically saying they have found even more tin.

It's sending a message to Alphamin that the most efficient way to explore the surroundings is through direct investment into Rome.
