This is true Cperkin. I've a feeling though that Solo may look to farm out their %, as others have mentioned maybe the Zubairs make an offer.

The Company also hopes to be able to shortly provide an update on its proposed reverse takeover transaction.

cperkin, I do admire your optimism, as well as your patience, along with others here.

Personally it feels like I have made a huge mistake, investing heavily here and Solo. But I did my research, made the choice, and I have to stick it out or cut my losses (which I have to admit, when it comes to Aminex I am more tempted than ever for numerous reasons).

Solo is a different story as shareholders can't do anything currently!

Having not had much luck in the past, I am desperate to turn it around and truly hope we all get what we deserve, having waited so so long.

To me though, it is the lack of anything that is just so painful. It's been years now. Years! Even the website is stuck in the 90's!

Hi Safetrader, I did get a reply through the email provided on the Solo website, it was from Buchanan, but they provided me with nothing new really as expected. Happy to copy and paste, if allowed.

Under AIM rules are they obliged to come back within 6 months, deal or no deal?

And it's refreshing to see some volume at last!

After many false dawns, all we can do is wait it out and see what happens. Proof in the pudding and all.

Cp, did they actually state that 2 others were in advanced stages, or just that 2 others were being looked at?

Whilst I understand that the company would try to negotiate better terms and not want to pay over the odds, I still can't feel positive about that update. I am usually quite a positive person, but none of my shares are performing well so I guess it's having it's effect!
No matter which way you look at it, it is still no deal across the line, still suspended, and still awaiting that delivery of value to shareholders. And what happens if this deal does fall through, how long before we line another up and start negotiations again. Long term holders have waited enough for something (anything!) to happen.

Possibly Stickman, and that would be great. But personally I think when they have any news regarding the acquisitions, they won't hesitate to get it out ASAP.

As for the correspondence below, I think all the long term holders have been quite patient enough. Would be nice to see one of my 3 shares above red!

Completely agree Northern, all of their eggs in one basket is the problem...Solo is moving on and Amimex just wait in hope.

My concern is that the SP has dropped so low (was lower) that upon license, if it even happens, we will just be getting back to the levels we where anyway. Meaning, no progress for long term shareholders.
We need news, as this is becoming really tedious now.

Thanks Cp, my misinterpretation then, I assumed that by running over the previous date (31stOct) that the new extention (June20) would therefore be needed.
