Interesting posts over on thr bb.
Some lad has screenshots of a twitter group with Silky, PJ, and a few more heads. I think the CEO was also involved. Needless to say, their postings now look rather questionable.
I also note that my post saying legacy hill accounts were overdue was removed. I also said they recently iissued shares between the due date for accounts and my posts, so there is someone who is doing some paperwork, but not all of it.
How do you propose they speed up the process?
Bribe government officials?
Plough on with development, disregarding the commercial returns or licencing of the asset?
"I asked Leo Koot that question at 2018 AGM £ or $ and he said “Does it matter?” "
The man is well over halfway to his target. In Trinidad dollars.
Well done Leo.
Excellent. Arkle will be able to write all that money back in the next set of accounts so I would presume?
Can't wait to see that.
Queen, you might want to do some more fact checking before you go spouting off calling people******, before you start to come across as one yourself.
If you knew anything about Connemara, you would know the head honchos rarely if ever take money out of the company, instead taking their dues in shares. In 2018, according to the report that you want to shove down my throat, there was 50k out of 116k rolled over.
Do you think that would be owed to the few who always roll over their pay, or do you think that those directors who are just thrown in for a quick stint are doing the job for the good of their health??? You might want to have a look at McNeilly's pay over the years to realise the chap isn't of the benevolent type when it comes to such matters.
While you're at it, maybe have a look at the more recent interims rather than the annual you referred to. The liabilities have not increased, as they more than likely would have were directors taking deferring their dues. A quarter of a million of cash raised (plus a million the previous year) is handy to pay lads off before they head for the door i would say.
However, despite the bulk of evidence backing up my claim, and pretty much zero evidence to back up yours, if i were to give you the benefit of the doubt and assume McM deferred his dues, the chap would still be getting paid at some stage, certainly at the next round of fundraising. And probably with interest to boot.
Is there enough lines in that for you?? I certainly have more on the topic, but it would be a waste of time typing them out here as the acolytes would get the post removed. If you're man enough, you might reserve a line in your response for an apology for the tw*t comment. I thought you were a bit more objective rather than a head in the sand type individual. It's water off a ducks back though. However, i'd be more concerned for the 5 individuals who ticked up your post. Baaaaaaaaa! In case that needs spelling out for them, i'm saying you're all sheep. Well, ostriches would be more apt.
PS, your lifestye company comment on the ARK board was laughable, which goes to show how little you know of the company. It's a company that is in the pits at the moment for sure, but its not a lifestyle company. JT isn't short of a few bob, having sold a whiskey distillery for 70 odd million some years ago....and his family having set up another. Seeing as the man is a teetotaler, he certainly hasn't drank the profits, and isn't much in need of the relative pennies he'd get from drawing his wage from Arkle.
Have a good one, and lets try keep it a wee bit civil from here on shall we?
Mcneilly stepped down as a ned today. I guess mtr will be footing the drop in salary with a hefty bonus.
Jerry, proactive and brr are for pump and dumps and fundraising in the main.
Ggp had some of the best holes worldwide in the past few years. They also have a $65m farm in with newcrest. Run of the mill market releases are all the company needs. Trust me. Word got out.
Everything else is horsesh#t and a waste of money.
Trippy - it's all on company house. Johnson and his brother founded it. Malcolm came in a few years after.

PJ used to give Heddle a platform years ago for promotion. They have been on the board of numerous companies together.
Years ago, PJ invested in CGNR. That inestment flopped. He then used Metal Tiger funds to invest in the company to help things out. When that failed and he left MTR, himself and Heddle then tried and failed in a coup attempt at cgnr.
Here's where it all began, PJ at a conroy site visit. There's a few videos, he doesn't know his arse from his elbow.

Also, PJ has been caught out on numerous occassions ramping stocks profusely on social media, while in the process of selling down. Heddle knows all this and still throws him company funds!!
Why in god's name would you give a Mickey Mouse, unregulated platform, with what industry experience, funds to write an "investment report" on Greatland.? It stinks to high heavens.
Share structure is one of the most important factors. Leaving that out of any report is usually a giant red flag.
It's a nice little promo piece to sucker in the niave and newbies. Shame really. The company doesn't need to tie itself to this sort of sh*t. Old habits die hard.
Mining Maven is owned by Paul Johnson. They are not an FCA registered entity.
Greatland paid them for this report. There is no mention of any outstanding warrants. (I wonder who has some warrants???)
Very biased report, but no suprises there, as they are a cowboy operation.
I was a proponent of the asset backed finance. For exploration/cobra investment purposes only.
Asset backed finance for a share buy back is insanity at this level. The discount to nav be isn't big enough to justify wasting the money on a share buy back. Or at least wait until income covers expenses, which won't be until another investment pays off.
This entire buyback issue reeks of something rotten. Guess I'm not the only one who sees it.
Still here fierce, despite the shambles of a buyback offer.
Cash in the kitty is the only recourse a company has to bad investments/drill results. And to pay obscene wages.
The wind has been blowing a gale continuously for the past 30 months has it!!?
The donkey can't even read a days set properly, tells you all you need to know.
Chin up. Don't stop treading. Must be tiring......
"When you hear the Irish government are closing down Moneypoint, full stop, you will know then they have gone "green" but not before as it supplies about 25% of Ireland's electricity."
Those were you're exact words.
How come the mighty manana can post during office hours but anyone else who does must be on the dole? You really are a Grade A moron. I shouldn't laugh about that though, you'll probably join them on the bread line some day if this is the level of your investing skills. It must get tired trading water here. Chin up.
That's not a bad idea bronx, but it's good to show the ramper up for the donkey that he is.
His last post was just comical altogether.
Let's start with his opener...."Providence are actually now in a very strong position......."
ROFL
And talking about Spin, your last reply really indicates how pathetic you are once you are in a hole....you just cannot stop digging.
"Also, the power station was written down to ZERO by the ESB last year."
That was the full extent of what i said. I gave a link to an article i got the information from. It is FACTUAL REAL WORLD information, unlike the tripe you post here constantly.
Somehow, you managed to turn that on sentence into a rant about me not knowing accounts, and pulling up some more articles from PR spokespeople.
Remember, when this started, you were claiming Moneypoint was PRODUCING 25% of the country's power.
You were WRONG by a factor of 64.
Most people would acknowledge their error. But not the mighty infallible Manyana.
Yes mate, i do know how financial statements work. And, whether you want to admit it or not, that huge write down has to have some small connection to the actual condition of the asset.
Or course you ignore the relevant piece of information i supplied to you again, namely the breakdown of power sources from the bloody GRID OPERATORS.
How in the F are you disputing this information!?
So stuff all your ESB, DCCAE, and irish times pieces where the sun don't shine mate.
