I have to say that I do enjoy reading your posts and agree with a lot of what you say, in particular, this comment,

My background is not in the finance sector, so I'm not sure many will pay to much attention to my speculative comments and opinions, because that's just what they are.

Given that you're from a banking background,it would be more prudent if you exercised a lot more caution before throwing figures out there, no matter how speculative you think or say they are, that you're not prepared to support a few days later when it's referenced. If you don't want any comment referenced, then either say so or don't mention it. If they're numbers you're not comfortable with or at a level you believe cannot/will not be achieved, then you should avoid them completely, especially given your background. Just my opinion and I'm sure many will disagree with me, as is there right to do so.

Most people know to take comments from lawyers, bankers and politicians with a huge wagon of salt, but some still believe them, so you should be a bit more responsible.

My personal calc on NPV has been circa $1.5 bln and I have referenced this number before. It is just my view, in the absence of the real numbers, promised by RY, thats all we can do, speculate.

After all, this is a public bb, and people will comment to the upside and downside of AMC, that's the purpose of the forum.

You do appear to be quite agitated by the $1.9 bln quote, so for that, apologies, no agitation was intended.
As I replied, my point was more to do with highlighting a dismal sp rather than the NPV. If it makes you more comfortable, I will refrain from using that number again, is $1,89 bln ok ?,,,LOL,,Only joking.

I think there is a lot of frustration here with many LTH's, RY's continual failure to do what he says he will, is my biggest gripe, along with this continuously depressed share price.

Well, it went up yesterday by 12 tonnes.

My original post does say (IF) NPV of $1.9 bln, we don't know until RY decides to inform us (very near future)

The point of my post was to merely highlight the current disconnect with company value and potential NPV.

@ $1 bln NPV, MexPete is correct with £1.15, but my post was based on only 10% of NPV, which would make Potatohead's 11p correct.

I'm sure the figure will be somewhere between the two, which ever way you look at it, the current sp is a pi55take and RY needs to deliver on his promises or he is on a pi55take mission.

Both the above have news out in last 2 days re taking a bigger slice of the Chinese market.
I think this EV revolution is taking a more dynamic path to dominance, quicker than many realize.

Here we have 2 of the biggest auto makers in the world taking on the biggest EV adopter in the world and all of them need what we have on their doorstep.

Of August and nickel inventory has dropped 14,556 tonnes @ an average of 766 tonnes per day.

The same man said, PFS by end of 2017 and in July 2018 said exec summary with PFS numbers in "very near future" a strong historical feature of his comms.

So excuse me if I don't 100% trust what he says.

How do we actually know we are getting a media event in September ?

What ever news comes for this event, one thing he absolutly must give is the exec summary, promised in July. Very near future for numbers in PFS. He will not be forgiven if he fails to deliver that promised info.
