I'm calling you out - it doesn't exist. Why would someone on this forum where information is readily shared spend hours finding a key bit of information then refuse to share it inviting others to spend time duplicating effort? It's all BS and you know it.

You slate Porky for his unqualified statements but you are as bad. Show me evidence there is $60m sitting anywhere. And you state they haven't paid VAL because the release of funds is predicated on the merger, what nonsense, the LOI etc have been going on for near 3 years long before any merger entered the equation. No RNS no evidence of anything.

I get that Andy but if it's not visible it will cast doubts as to its existance and he will be shouting "the Emperor has no clothes". This would settle the issue for all to see. On saying that you have done the work so it is your call.

Do you have the rampers blocked as it looks like there was more ramping than de-ramping to me ? I'm firmly on the fence atm as there is still no firm evidence out there with both sides speculating as usual. We are now on week 4 after the surge and still no RNS = no revenue.

Monster RNS, you're having a laugh. After the surge in the SP we were expecting confirmation RNS of a signed 201 deal and what did we get ? A poor RNS on THX merger that offered no more information than what was already being posted on the forum. I hope for the best but am not confident this BOD are up to it no matter what pipeline potential products we may have. And as for Suzy, when the underwhelming update came at the end of September there was much disappointment on here which seemed to be placated by interpretation of the Q and A which I thought more suggestive rather than bullish as some thought. That may be because I expect BS rather than bullish these days from her and the rest of the BOD . Time will tell.

So what happened to blocking Porky ? Well nothing, and for those that respond to him he is right back at you. A better plan would be for everyone to take a time out until we get a meaningful RNS. It's now 2 weeks since the SP surged and still F all of note.

Thank you, i've lost a tidy sum on other AIM stocks so wouldn't dispute that. On the EUDA statement you posted "We believe TheoremRx has strong access to capital ", that infers they are also looking for funding too does it not ? We have had had our LOI in for near 3 years and no deal signed off yet, what is different now ? Obviously the markets are not worried and are happy as there was some serious investment last week but I'm not finding myself able to join the dots just yet.

It has been a great week for the share price but it has near doubled from a very low level and has still not reached the 11p broker offer of Jan 23 yet. All the signs are good but until the 201 deal is announced via an RNS there is still some risk.

Significant funds would ease the pressure on cash burn but if the share price soars as it may a placing at the higher share price would make good business sense for future acquisitions etc. The BOD were angling for this kind of flexibility a while ago but got knocked back. A signed 201 deal would change sentiment.

You've got that right, I've unfiltered Porky so I can see what is going on. Given that Porky is not invested and everyone else is I hope that PM and his fellow rampers are right.

I personally benefit from this rise but what an appalling way to do business if this has leaked after months of us all being starved of information. On saying that if the deal is coming to fruition this is still cheap.

That may well be true but will any bear fruit before the money runs out. No-one knows and that is the risk that says a placing may be required.

Still no revenue confirmed so it will be down to shareholders to keep the lights on - yet again. I said yesterday she had nothing to offer and after the RNS today it would appear I was right.
