They couldn't even impose a deadline on their LOI with TRX.

Last investor presentation was July 22. last press release was Nov 22. Why are people getting excited ? I would have expected a bit more on current events.

I get the impression some on here would not have been patient children waiting for Santa so I do hope when he does come he leaves more than crumbs and an empty stocking.

Investor since 2016 but more realistic than some because of that experience. You mean the £65m that is speculation - they couldn't even pay VAL a fraction of that. The lab had a small contract which we don't know the value or if there was any profit and a later deal which we seem to be paying for. Your figures are fantasy. That's what rampers do so no surprises there.

Are you real ? Suzy would have no qualms about a placing before Christmas as that is how they survive. They have never had any revenue stream other than investors. And on the merger, EUDA are a company under threat of delisting who are merging with a company through necessity, with THX being a company that can't raise a penny for VAL in 2 years. Time will tell but stop spouting nonsense.

The date is all about the merger of EUDA and THX, VAL may not even be mentioned in the RNS. All we have is a 2 year old LOI which may even have to be renegotiated. And Suzy's word of course.

Is there likely to be much interest other side of the pond, which was closed yesterday for Thanksgiving ?

I note there was no date given as to the second part of the farm out, was there an indication to a likely date given previously ?

Why do you believe that as there is nothing in the public domain to support that ? The RNS on 6 October 23 said "London, UK - ValiRx Plc (AIM: VAL), a life science company focusing on early-stage cancer therapeutics and women's health, notes the recent increase in the Company's share price and confirms that it is not in possession of unpublished price sensitive information. " You may be right but atm this is speculation and not fact.

I suspect Suzy would love to be able to give timescales but it doesn't look like the LOI had any and all we have are assurances given by THX taken on trust. They have continually let us down especially if they do actually have $60m stashed away somewhere. If they had trickled just a bit of that back to us for the lab fees it would have given investors confidence and supported the share price at around 10p instead of it collapsing to 5p. Anyway, we are where we are.

As for the drama, investors need to sit tight and exercise some patience instead of spending every day speculating and obsessing about Porky. The RNS will come and hopefully will be positive which will change direction big time. Good luck.

Simple as that." - I can't see that the RNS said any of that, it said it was subject to the LOI but no timescales or reference to the merger was made.

There is no evidence either way and everything on here is speculation. You will have to wait until an RNS hits. Interesting to see Porky has confidence in THX coming good at some time as that has not always been his stance.

50+ posts and little of added value and that is not repetitive. And that applies to both rampers and derampers. The obsession with Porky too is pathetic and he is as bad with his antagonistic posts. Time you all took a timeout and wait for the RNS to confirm what is actually happening/happened. We are on week 5 from the surge and no-one is any closer finding out the actual position is as the information is simply not out there. Both sides can guess all they want but it won't make it real.
