dowsie, i’ve weighed it all up & the truth is, i have never got in at the bottom or out at the top, but all told i have doubled my put since privatisation & can’t be ****d waiting for sunnier results. £3.68 would be great & i will probably kick myself tomorrow if i’ve left £2k on the table. but transferred from 212 isa to 212 cash isa paying 5.17%. worked out over next 6 months that i can live with the potential difference 🤷‍♂️

That’s me almost out. Sold 14820 @3.50 & 4180 @3.505. Only got 3 tranches of original 227 left. Will be tempted to get back in if drops 3.38 ish. Otherwise I’m done.

As this share now seems to be less volatile due to the bid from DK, is there a possibility that the ii are mopping up any that are being offered, knowing that they will accept the offer & make 9-12% on shares that they have purchased above 330.

cwu would not be happy with a bid of £7! the still believe that the work for uk gov & most of the reason the companies value is on its **** is due to their belligerence.

Mary, I’ve been hanging in since day one & truth is that this average is from last purchase after I had sold my holding & re-bought. Even though I have purchased with previous profit, it still stings😂😂

A strange one guys. I’ve just received my voting instruction card for AGM. What’s strange is that my wife & daughter also received theirs & I sold their shares over 2 years ago!

jmc filter me all you like but the facts are thus....ex posty given shares, ex posty option to buy more than the individual investor... ex posty buying through the share programme via wages....WHY? to pocket a profit not support the industry..... thats what investors do,especially at a discounted price. ex posty slamming the very posties that still work for the company and moan because you have 10k shares @4.58....

anyone buying shares in the company they work for is fantastic & commendable, it shows comittment & beleif. I have never said otherwhise.

I have never complained about owning these shares @ 4.58, I was simply pointing it out in the spirit of openness & honesty on this forum. So where does the "moaning" come from. I beleive that I will recoup current losses on this share, but in truth a lot of the 10k were purchased using previous profits. I also own 3 x 227 from ipo @ 3.3 which after divi are curently probably low low £1ish

Wolvespostie, perhaps my terminology left something to be desired. a better way of putting it would be that without shareholders (owners) there would be no business or jobs uless the company was taken private which is then simply a different owner.
