Aside from the irritation they bring, if you genuinely believe they are able to surpress the share price, then for long-term holders they are gold. They do occasionally offer a point worth considering. The rampers on here shouting about 10p three times a day are no less moronic. So here's to the incessant derampers - helping those with a long-term goal to accumulate!
