On my SIPP page there is a line for Assura with the number of shares held and zero value attached to which is an “i”which when opened reads: “This stock is an interim line resulting from a corporate action that will be exchanged for cash and/or stock”

So, it seems everything is in order and I just have to be patient.

Thanks for that @Pedrobull. No, I didn’t go for the takeover option; perhaps that’s why I haven’t received any shares or cash.

The last communication I had was on 15 August which included the following paragraph:

“If the offer is successful and Primary Health Properties plc gains control of 90% of the Assura plc shares under the offer, the company has announced their intention to compulsory acquire the remaining shares on the same terms of the offer. If this happens and you’ve not accepted the successful offer, we’ll automatically try to accept the offer for you, so you receive the proceeds as soon as possible. If the offer has been closed at this point you’ll receive the proceeds when the compulsory acquisition has been completed instead.“

It seems I will have to wait until the compulsory acquisition has been completed, whenever that might be. I am a bit surprised I have heard nothing further from HL.

I held Assura shares in my SIPP and my wife had some in her ISA both with Hargreaves Lansdown. We received the special dividend of 0.84p on 26 August but so far no sign of any cash or PHP shares. I have messaged HL but wondered if anyone else was still waiting for their PHP shares?
