The only information I have to go on is that from the ClinicalTrials.gov entry of the trial I think you’re referring to: https://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/NCT02797977 This states that the trial is no longer recruiting new patients, but that it is still active – which often means participants are still in active follow-up and the scientists are still analysing the data.

My point is, what else do Sareum know that we should know. I strongly believe that Sareum have enough information at hand to take the share price up too a minimum of 5p. May sound silly but i don't think so.

How would individual investors make an informed decision on fair value for their shares if they don't have access to the same info that Sareum would be using for negotiating purposes. As an example the detailed information posted on here on Thursday by Damion that was one year old and resulted in a RNS on Friday. Would it be fair to assume that there must be a lot more that we should and would need to know in the event of a takeover.
