Spot on. FDA is the holy grail- boom or bust.
MTFB could have been a multi billion co - no FDA = zero.
Don’t underestimate the implications of FDA approval. It makes (Global validity) or breaks ( end) small caps.
CE is a self certification cert - so won’t budge on getting it. It’s all done .
The market is all over the place as it’s a battle between those in the know and those that doubt their judgment - nout wrong with taking a bag - but savvy stakeholders know the urge - and clear up. GLA - just make your own decision and not be persuaded by “volatility “

Still a few certifiable- but not long to flush them out. Forget the 10.34 stunt - merely bid bashing to get a lower entry in time.

Take the worst case base value with no potential built in at all.
1] Glycotest - Foshan verified 10m
2] Proaxis - Eddison research note 2019 - 16m - lets say 5m
3] PDS - Nasdaq price [still 20% below placing] 3m
Remaining 13 investments - ZERO
Worst case firesale share price 18m/15m - £1.2.

I remember some posters saying the placing was a stitch up to PIs with 65p being done to get in cheap.
65p was indeed very cheap imo but its currently 58p so at this price buyers now are stitching up the BOD!!
Two other things - first, there is a 10 month remaining lock in on 50% of the shares and secondly, the last spike was caused by Woodford / ACAIA legacy shares being sold - 20% of the company - many others suffered the same fate - DDDD, SNG, ORPH to name a few.
That major obstacle is now history.
Selling below 65p is certifiable.

Reminds me of another great share POLX - dropped 15% in a day to 25p, a bit of churn at the bottom leaving a very hardcore of holders - see the chart.
They have 160m, we have 15m - half locked in at 65p for 10 months by the people running the business.

EMV business model and why it fits like a glove with NSCI.

They are a small cap corporate finance firm that gets all its costs paid and instead of taking large fees, they take an interest in a subsequent sale / listing - usually 20% net of investment cost.
For it to be effective you need a decent sized portfolio - they have - 8 and NSCI has 8.
You also need quality.
Take Sage - proprietary tech[meaning a monopoly] in a £1b a year [and growing] industry that's already done a deal with one NHS trust.
To scale up, it may need funds - but EMV is the organiser [not provider] of such funds - no risk.
Having the IPR will mean a healthy gross margin - a £1b annual market for the taking - won't happen overnight but a very lucrative opp imo.

What intrigues me is that in the placement doc, its the one investment with terms are confidential next to it.
So as oppsoed to many shares that depend on the success of one or two things - here we have low cost /high return prospects for 16 companies.

Just one of the 16 holdings. All have the potential to be IPO'd or bought out - not all at once clearly, but a lovely conveyor belt of investments [all high tech and green/ medical or Co-vid] that will throw out news on an ad hoc basis.

The buyout of Proaxis to get 100% was excellent news which appears to have been totally overlooked.
Eddison valuation of NSCI's pre-purchase stake was £8.8m [and that was before Net-stick].
So they bought the remaining shares with a value of £8m for 250k.

Don't forget the Chinese bought 30% for 10m.

They could have bought the whole fooking company with change left over if the mcap stays the same!!

Other good news is that you can sell 100k at 48p [all day so far] but max buy is 50k at 55p. So that tells you alot.

When a boss who has 100% delivered talks about big mcap kicker deals, it is suprising that the market still does not believe him - yet 90% of the dross Aimers - they believe all the hot air they are fed!

Looked like PDS drop of 8.7% yesterday did not help.
I'm really suprised its below $2 and over 33% down from the placing.
If it helps [I'm sure it doesn't though!], I have never seen such extreme trading everywhere - since covid - 10 or 20% daily swings seem quite normal.

Indeed, got that wrong - but 10% down seems to be the norm all over.
The dust will settle at some point.

1] When there has been ii selling, you could always get a 500k on or just over the ask - it has been 2.5p over the ask all week.
2] Notice how each day this week it starts quiet and then in a short space of time it drops 5-6% and thereafter never moves the whole day?
Total control - for a while - and then...........

TA did not predict that - or the "leak" that seems to have made a few alot of money - wink.
