Janus could have sold a fair few 50% higher had they not rushed out. It was a distressed sell, they needed access to capital and liquidated the position. I am hopeful we will have some significant news and quite happy 16m Janus shares won't be sold into it. The activity across WSG social media channels seems to indicate a lot of going in behind the scenes

Yes it could be more than likely that Janus exited for that reason. The DRC being stalled is priced into the SP. I don't think WSG is a one trick pony however and I'm hopeful a chunk of the revenue shortfall will be met elsewhere. Of course, it is all speculation on my part but happy to wait out and hear some good news ahead

0.75p Janus sale was a concrete statement and Pantheon £500k buy at 2.4p wasn't? I guess it depends if how you look at the glass - half full or half empty. I am glad Janus is out, I had a hunch it was them selling and I do believe there will be good news. All speculation of course but I hope that we will have something to shout about in the weeks and months ahead. LTHs could do with some happier days.

Good riddance. Distressed seller out. Better out pre news. Over to management now to deliver. The big question is will they? I hope March will be a better month for us.

Has to be a big holder probably reacting to the news out of the Congo. Henderson I believe entered following the DRC contract. £3.6m cap now. Let's hope the stock is churned out pre news

That's an additional $300k secured following the the $1.2m from October. Money in the coffees whilst we await the big ones

Well we're on AIM and here to stay. Let's get on with business.

- The company has £1.5m cash and access to a further £500k.

- They have secured the $10m per annum DRC contract and are working towards implementing this.

- There is another managed services contract on the way which may add $5m+ imv.

- A new strategic investor has taken a 7% equity position on good terms with 10p warrants.

I hope 2025 will finally be our year

Yrabs you are drawing "parallels" with past projects and performance. I have a different perspective on all the things you have brought up but it's too much my time to discuss it here. I have backed my conviction via equity and have a degree of confidence that it will come to pass. We don't know the future however and I could be wrong. I get completely why people would be aggreived and if they don't take a position I understand. Thankfully I wasn't buying from the 20p days and although underwater, I believe now is the time to be buying. AIM is being cleansed of all the junk and if WSG continues not to make a profit it will inevitably go. If however things change, and I believe the DRC will herald that change, it will become one of the few solid investments on the exchange. GL whatever position you take, in the end cash and profit will speak for itself.

It is high risk - high reward in the truest sense of the word. I await a company update to the shareholder review. I expect them to put some of the fears raised here to bed. They are speculative imv but until the company issues an RNS on the matter I don't see any point of discussing it further. Delisting doesn't raise "shareholder value" and the statement in the RNS explicitly stated that the purpose of the review is to do exactly that

Misty, I have done my due diligence. I am aware it's not all a rosy history here for shareholders but I genuinely believe we are on the cusp. The DRC will be the game changer and the delays are not helpful. I believe that this contract will come to fruition and when it does our fortunes will turn. I completely understand those who hold a contrary position but this is a real contract being rolled out in Africa, not the most straight forward jurisdiction to operate in. Just as well, I have enough patience otherwise one could lose their mind as a WSG shareholder.

Pantheon have provided up to £2m. Peter already has the cash he needs now to bring DRC online. If Pantheon want to push for going private 7% of the float is not going to get them very far. My friends and family collectively hold more. In fact, we are strongly backed by retail holders and with £2m access to cash and DRC in its final stages there is little appetite for delisting. I think we should await the companys update with regard to the shareholder review before drawing unnecessary conclusions.

If the company delists then who funds it provided it is not cash generative by then? WSG has always benefitted from AIM investment. Currently they are not up and running in the DRC and not generating positive cash flow so going offline is a massive risk which I don't think Peter would take especially given his family depend on it. If they were chucking out free cash then perhaps there could be a case for it - no one will fund it when offline. In any case, I have requested clarification on this front. Whatever the review entails, they will be required to update shareholders on it.

Discontinued operations written off and clean balance sheet moving forward which will be cash generative. They are already 5 months into H1 and with that visibility have stated:

"We have now reached a point in our growth strategy where going forward we will see profitable trading and a significant increase in recurring revenues from multiple customers in numerous locations, all from existing contracts."

They're happy to put in £500k into a fairly illiquid stock. If they want to recover this they'll need the share price a lot higher and lot more liquid. Next week's update will give us some insight into why a single investor is backing the company with cash

The business is operationally geared so as fixed costs are cleared the subsequent revenues will hit the bottom line thereby increasing margins substantially. All eyes on DRC roll out for now

They'll be using the funds to service the initial costs for the roll out of MSC. I think £1m ring fenced for DRC roll out is sufficient. Now they have another million, perhaps the second promised MSC is closer than we think.

One investor now holding 7.1% of the company. They also have the convertible shares at 3p if they wish to increase their stake and a shed load of warrants at 10p. The investor also has representation at board level, they will have done their due diligence and have visibility of where we are heading in the coming 12-24 months. All looking very positive.

Recurring revs within today's contract win starting at £650k and that in the UK too.

The customer seems like a big hitter with presence in 90 countries. The following line hopefully will materialise in more to follow:

"The Company is additionally in discussions regarding security solutions for some of the Customer's sites elsewhere in the world, which we hope will result in additional contracts."

In the meanwhile we have an RNS for a £1m+ contract wins with more on the horizon. We can expect a steady flow of contract wins throughout 2025 with protect duty becoming law. It's going to be a solid year ahead
