Adrian Hargrave, CEO of SEEEN, explains how the new funds will accelerate customer growth Watch the video here.
Why would any intelligent investor invest in a company which does nothing in particular, needs a placing so it can raise money to figure out something to do and is about to employ some new people for the purpose of doing something..... Or other..! ? This kind of numbskull behaviour is why aim has so many of these fictitious companies operating out of boiler rooms etc. This is why the general feeling of serious investors is to leave aim and look at other trading platforms. This is why the serious companies on here find it so difficult to raise funds and keep their share price realistic... This company needs to go bust and the directors need to be banned from directorship for a few years like any other crooked director of a ltd company that has been purposefully driven Into the ground
Ha ha... I'm neither bitter nor jealous, just EXPERIENCED ! If you're silly enough to throw money at a bunch of guys who have the most terrible history of incompetence and lies who are blatantly tally Ho'ing around on cruise ships with your money.... then your tears and moans will fall on deaf ears... We of the old guard here, invested in a product and an idea.. Unfortunately represented by crooks... I had no idea that there were such gullible people out there.. That in the face of all the evidence, are still thinking they can make some money here... Do yourself a favour, drive over to their new office and take a look.. You should find that your local little old lady in her haberdashery is sitting on more assets! The only promise I will make is that it won't be me saying I told you so in a few months, ill be feeling it but I won't post it. The good news is you'll have paid for a good lesson on the workings of aim. The BOD here should be prosecuted for releasing untruthful RNSs...
Is that the spread here is a trap... It's on the move constantly. If you buy here, and then try and sell, the spread changes almost instantly... You simply can't ever get your money back here, let alone make any.... All monies going in here will never come back to the people who put them in... I think this entire stock should be put on the desk if the FCA as it is being mis-sold to newbie PIs who are (let's be honest) the only ones putting anything in...
Have not done the math... The company (let's face it just a bod with no staff, working from a small rented office) has had no success of any kind since these guys thought they could sell labskin for 'shareholder value' The current price versus the spread means that any investor would need the company to double in value just so they can get their money back (not including any fees) The spread is big and has been for some time because the mms are protecting themselves from being lumbered with a load if toxic stock when (not if) it goes bad. In the meantime they are gently offloading stock as and when they can and picking up small amounts for peanuts. This is not an investment, its a bunch of clever ar£holes making sure they keep the gravy train going as long as possible til they can set some other scheme up which will enable them to keep their standard of living. Anybody investing will unfortunately lose the lot.. IMO of course.. But is so blindingly obvious, that it can only be rookies putting anything in ! And everybody always loses on their first investment, its called a learning curve. This ladies and gentlemen has been most accurately described in the most glowing terms as a 'turd'... But a turd can be flushed away, this turd keeps floating back up, hence I would like to adjust the terminology to 'floating turd' or in layman terms, a 'floater' I look in here now and again to 'despair' at the folly of more newbie 'investors'
To see the share trades and people still buying these.. Don't they realise it is now virtually impossible to get out with even the same as you put in. I think all that's going in here is IIs and a few MMs are just shifting the last few of their shares so they don't take too big a hit... This is only going one way, its got to be just newbies taking a punt and people who have absolutely no idea plugging money into this now...
Grrrrrrrr....
Quite fair actually.... When rats are eating your bread you normally put out the poison..!
Address could be a seedy flat above the bar.. A gentle descent toward the inevitable... But the bod need jobs and who else is gonna take em after this debacle..!?
There are 175 million shares in issue.... The current (joke) SP is 0.27 but in reality you'd be lucky if the mms gave you the bid which is 0.25.. So... By my calcs evo is worth 175 million pence divided by 4 (a quarter - 0.25) Which is approx. 44 million pence or £0.4 million, £400000! FOR WHAT?! A bunch of idiots in what remains of a boardroom, lets face it they could have that any place in the building now since its EMPTY! You lot clear off and hand that £400000 back to the remaining holders... Nobody wants you anymore... Nota single holder wants to have anything to do with any of you... Get the blee-ding message and clear off! Thanks
Absolutely agree mate... Good luck to those who decide to hold, I have noted the names of the directors and will not put money into any company with which they are associated.... There are lots of dodgy aim firms and directors.. I have a list of others and as that list gets longer, the relative successes of my investments seem to be getting more regular... It does seen that the same names crop up time after time when it comes to poor investments... This to me is an absolute turd whilst these people are in charge... All this nonsense about knowing months /years ago about difficult conditions smacks of ostriches burying their heads and hoping for the best.. Not the way I want to see my investments being managed... I am aiming for pro active companies where if something isn't working then it is changed quickly not left to hope and magic... Good luck tho to the holders, you will need it..!
ANY shareholders who go to that meeting are going to vote against re-appointing any if those directors for a start... And against their proposed remuneration plans to squeeze more cash out of this shrivelling cow.... I would also hope that the use of foul language and the shaking of fists and perhaps the throwing of the odd chair will finally get it through to these morons that the time for them to go is well (well) overdue.... Quite clearly the labskin is going to be sold to the spinoff company started by the 2 docs.... Probably for peanuts... Any sale will need them to be involved anyway as they know the tech...
A festering.... Albeit a slightly little more polished...... Turd..!
I think there are many ways to milk money from a company with out directly taking a salary... And while we're being honest, cruises aren't cheap and I doubt the boys gone economy class... Personally I think anybody would have to be nuts to buy with a 75% spread... The chances of making any money aside from a hundred odd quid from risking £5000 odd quid from this old turkey is debateable... I was having a chuckle at my old mans evo investment with him this morning (it was either that or we'd be swearing profanity), his moderate £3000 investment some time ago is now worth £209... Still, everybody here has been vocal warning the new folk and they seem absolutely determined to buy these shares in a Russian roulette gun (half fired already), so with my personal pain in this long since dealt with (my investment was significantly more than my fathers) I am watching the final pages roll out with interest...
All that's going on now is a siphoning of the last remaining assets (mainly bank balance) from EVO into the accounts of the directors.. They are almost certainly looking for new jobs in the background whilst collecting their large salaries or if they've decided not to in the interest of shareholder value, large expense claims... This will continue until nothing is left, they will then come out with some BS rns and that will be the end of it. I would have thought however that the major shareholders would have shut this down early to recoup a small amount of their assets from the asset strip... Odd how they're letting it sink so slowly.... Dirty dealings I suspect... I wonder how that **** humphries is doing on his cruise..
Is so dead, its been plucked, cooked, eaten, bones boiled up for a soup stock, Stock made into Soup, also eaten... The remaining gloop on the surface of the washing up water from the soup bowls is all that's left.. Now..... Realistically..... You wouldn't wanna pay for a duck and get a smear of overlooked duck DNA.... Right? Well I'm afraid that's what you got here.... You pay for a fine duck and mr knobhead CEO eats it for you, tells you how it tastes and gets his lappies to hand you the smear..... Except..... He didn't even do that..! He just ate it for you, fired everybody and f@@ked off... It'd be laughable as a comedy sketch..
Hi... I only checked in twice today, but saw only a sea of sells with 2 small buys. One, curiously, was for 100 shares only. I've heard this described as a code before that mm's use but have seen no evidence for this. I am curious if you are really still buying.. A) have you checked your temperature( a high temperature can make one do strange things) B) if not A) then why on earth would you buy any shares in this company.. It is so very clearly the lamest of lame ducks ever to develop lameness..? The communication with the directors over the past year and astonishingly to date ! Is like no other company I've ever heard of.. I wouldn't be surprised to find out it was run by a bunch of business students at a secondary school as part of a project which then got cancelled.. There's nothing here... Given the whole way this debacle has been laid out, I am now looking for links between the current directors and any so called 'offerer' as I suspect foul play from the pillock who likes to go on holiday all the time ( I froth when I hear his name these days and if I ever meet him he'll get my hardest punch) Do yourself a favour Kline, recover what you can like the rest of us and get out...
