I was thinking this the other day - like you I could (If I have the funds) start drawing it in about 10 years time. Until now its not been a problem but if this comes in then I might have some serious money sitting in there. Given I will put a fair wedge of that into something safe to lock in that amount leaving a small amount to speculate on the next EUA the fees for HL are quite significant. I guess I will have to look at transferring some out to another low cost provider but then wont need the bells and whistles HL seem to provide
Normally - offers go into the BOD and then they will recommend one to the shareholders to approve. If the BOD refuse the offers then thats when another company can then try to buy up the shares to reach some magical figure where they take control and compulsary buy the rest - thats a hostile takeover. Thats in simple terms - obviously there is a lot of complexity in these things
So based on your theory. Just before we were suspended 7.2p = 2Moz so if it opened tomorrow the base should be representative of 15Moz so 7.2 X 7.5 = 54p? I mean if take that now if it happened but you know with 2 or more bidders that number is going to go up
Good grief, grow up everyone it's an anonymous chat board and to be fair his second paragraph is correct although it's not going to happen. People can speculate either way good and bad
I think it's going to end well but no idea of figures. Still holding 1.6m shares in this so go find a hobby and stop squabbling over people's views. Some are going to be right and some wrong but we aren't going to know until it plays out
