The revenue you refer to as being in the interim accounts for the period ending 30th September 2019 was then catergorised under Discontinued Operations in the final accounts for the year ending 31st March 2020 for the obvious reasons.
Yeah, I noticed that at the time, was hopeful to maybe find more out about their regular orders from US e-commerce businesses and Zoetic too in the UK for now, as I personally think that Zoetic and Chill brands sell at least £20k a week of products via outside of their own websites, so combined I am expecting at least £2m a year in online sales alone, but this won't be represented in the interims, but moreso in the finals, as I expect by the end of 2021 online sales alone to be £5m, their retail sales, is the more difficult figure to predict as demand at level is very very early at present, and Europe hasn't even started, nor AATAC even just 10k stores would be huge! Let alone more distribution agreements, as Asia Japan especially and South America, also Canada are huge areas to expand with CBD products, imagine Chill and Zoetic expand ranges and are sold in all of those possible geographic locations!!! Multi-Billion company valuation foresure!
craigy, not thoughts but facts! The OTC is meaningless at present, and maybe in a few years it will be relevant, unless Zoetic's co-CEOs do something sooner then it will not be of much interest. Until you start seeing large volume trades and a large number of trades on a daily basis due to awareness, interest and appetite from US investors, the LSE listing remains the guide, as it is also in tracker funds now too!
I still assume Ox Distributing was not part of the deal, therefore they being the family owners of Schraders Oil will focus and invest more from the corporations sale on growth of Ox Distributing as Chill's main distrubtion channel for packing and dispatch of products in the USA.
It has definitely been a short squeeze since 50p when the AATAC RNS came out, surely more to came, as they are still trying to contain and limit the daily SP rises, nd countering it with new shorts been opened too it seems, the 25k sells especially.
Even if there is a cash call as long as the SP paid is 50p+ ideally £1k+, then long-term the impact would be limited with potential revenue & profits on the horizon.
Sorry, I mean to say invoice factoring! As they did refer to it as an option in the presentation.
Not saying I agree, as they may well be fine financing the 6k USA store rollout at approx. 500 stores a month, just unsure how they will fund AATAC & European orders too at such a quick rate, as invoice is an option, but bank finance is off the table with CBD businesses in the UK, so just hope if they do need a cash call it will be at £1+ so maybe say only 10 million shares needed to rise 10m which would be more than enough!
$0.975 was yesterday's OTC closing price, today is flat s there have been no trades! The OTC has minimal say on the LSE's SP due to such a small float and level of trading!
Zak Mir is stating "siren voices suggesting that this could be ended by a cash call." Make of that what you will!

The start of the week witnessed rumours of a distressed short in Zoetic (ZOE) shares, and the further 8% rally in the stock to a closing high of 74p versus an intraday high of 82p, suggested that there was a still the odd bear in distress. In the case of CBD specialist Zoetic, last month’s “landmark” distribution deal in the US continues to be the driver for the longs, and the re-rate continues despite siren voices suggesting that this could be ended by a cash call.
The HNR SP peaked intraday at the early to mid 50p's in 2015! No where near 77p, and also they had less than half the shares in issue and never even got to a 50m market cap then!
masda1, don't post anymore if you are going to post rubbish like that! 154,000 if the approximate number of c-stores in the USA & Puerto Rico, AATAC have access to over 80,000 per the RNS 88,000! Even so, they are no going to be ordered by them all FFS! Maybe even just 10%, especially in the early stages, so stop posting bullsh*t!!
