P.S. Monty, checking on your previous posts, you mentioned having CAI in an ISA . You also mentioned switching from HFX to IG (as I had to) when we got the distribution. So where are your CAI shares ISA'd now? IG told me when I tried, they could only do UK shares.

Do we know any longer, or has it been updated since we were told (long ago) it was going to be sub $2? I have to admit I have no idea now .

Depends when he bought KRS (or FRX) to begin with. I'm still down despite CAI's value, as many LTH's will be - considering we started buying 9 years ago!

Painful indeed waiting for the license. All set to go once (if ever!) that is issued with immediate cashflow and the promise of dividends for shareholders.
But if you've been here some time then you will have received some return value from your CAI allocation, currently more than double the IPO price. DR is a top exec by the way as he's proving again with CAI and gold - and the BOD have some 28% of shares in KRS still.
This is only going to go one of two ways now. We get the license and happy days - or we don't and we all get screwed over.

It's not a vote of confidence per se, I'm just being belatedly prudent. I stopped averaging down quite a while ago, so I'm sitting on a hefty paper loss after 9 years anyway. Figured it would just be my luck for something positive to happen and then end up with a large CGT problem!

Before any panic or rumours start, the close to 5 million trade was my bed & isa. Thought I'd best get around to this just in case we actually obtain the license and start to mine.

Don't get me wrong. If it hadn't have been for DR's prior track record I wouldn't have got in and wouldn't have stayed around. I just don't think rampy posts in regard to our ongoing Nayega 'experience' are very helpful, especially to anyone who hasn't researched our back story.
Maybe the license will finally drop this year, or maybe not. This time next year, Rodney ;-p

I don't think there's much congratulation required for returning the value of an asset which our investments funded the procurement of to begin with? Considering we lost our entire IO portfolio and the funding which went on the gold tributes too, then gaining some value from an asset we initially seeded should be seen as the very least we are entitled to - and it resulted in a further drop in the value of KRS sp don't forget.
Manganese has been a core asset of this company since its inception, and we are still not mining the stuff yet! Glossing over the reality of things is not going to change anything.

Come on Marky, there's nothing baffling about an intended mining company which still has no license to mine! That is the only 'correction' which is required to ignite this company and its sp.

Hey, I'm trying not to be cynical and 9 years in here shows my faith in DR. But honestly, 6 years ago the project HAD the stamp of approval and everything seemingly has been put in the way of an actual license being granted since then.
Hopefully one day I'll wake up to an RNS telling me it's all been just a long bad dream - and I can finally get a return on my long locked away money!

I'm still concerned that this issue has existed for 6 years before COVID came along. It was going to be granted back in 2014. We've heard every possible scenario going for the license not being issued and we still don't have it despite jumping through every hoop asked for, or blamed as being the hold-up (elections, mining code changes, environmentals, company restructuring, now Covid, etc etc).

Hah, I'm the reverse - about 15% down still. I stopped trying to average down on this some time ago. I've never made it to a shareholders meeting but will surely love to get all the LTH's together if this finally repays our faith! Be some party that I suspect ;-) Shame Steve is no longer with us and folks like Oily had to sell.

I feel your pain, Monty. I was in the same boat. I also recollect only once being in profit from my averaged down position (AA/Kumba deal time) when the sp went up to 2.2p - - -and of course the ar@e then fell out of the IO market :-(

No. It was all due to the distribution. You did not actually purchase any or sell any during the time it took for the shares to be sorted out - which many holders are still dealing with. My IG account stated the same, but of course, we got the shares at no cost (other than the dilution of our KRS sp). I transferred from HFX to IG prior to the distribution and it took a long time, maybe 2-3 months.

IG. Though your shares cost you nothing, not next to nothing!

SP Angel previously valued our share of CAI - before the resource increase - as 0.52p (or 0.93 cents).
