As for future acquisitions, I can't help but notice the former CEO of Falcon is now at Northern Lights Resources, and they have a gold project (Arizona) which seems very similar to how Warrawoona was put together (pulling together 84 claims, over 868 hectares, into one ownership.)

Yes, I and many others are still waiting for the upside from KRS, formerly FRX. It may come as a surprise to you to find out how much skin in the game the BOD has, but their previous track record is what got may of us in here at the start. So, ignoring the past, bad and good, is not always a prudent or learned approach. Just saying.

No offence mate, but having been in here for 9 years I'm quite aware of what our status is. The license was supposed to be issued in 2014 and we've had nothing but trials and tribulations since.

Latest presentation says a 37% product at $2.21 per dmtu production cost ($81.77 per ton). Spot price as of today is $3.11 per dmtu (or $115.05 per ton).
6500 x 115.05 = $747,955
Minus production cost 6500 x $81.77 = $531,505
Profit - Production = $216, 450 per month (at 6500 tons pm).

Well I can also question why, if they have the only organic certified phosphate in the US with a quality some 4x better than everyone else, they are marketing/selling it at the same price as everyone else's in order to gain a 'market share'. As I said, its early days and there's much to look over, but my gut feeling on this is not getting any better.

Aye Marky, but it was KRS shareholder money that was spent on Grants Patch and in securing the initial Warrawoona tenements. I know we seem to differ on that point.
I've looked at the work permitted so far and I do wonder how they got organic certification in 2016 when they didn't actually start stripping until 2018 as far as I can make out.

If it works out then great, but I think we deserve the reservations some of us have. Well, let's just remember the current sp is 0.0013 and almost doubling the shares in issue (inclusive of warrants) will conceivably see us halved again? We've lost 3/4 of the sp since CAI was split off. So, half a penny share, even after a mooted 10 for 1 consolidation. I think that says it all.

Fair play. If you've been in as long as me and the other remaining LTH's then you must have sunk a hefty sum into FRX/KRS in order to do well from CAI. Well deserved therefore, though, some cahones I must say!
If I'd been quicker and smarter I should have sold when the erroneous website information flashed up late this afternoon and bought them back when the dilution hits. it's going to be carnage I suspect.
