In the latest results the CEO stated that because UKW is trading below NAV it makes it more difficult to borrow for further investment. Could anyone explain to me why that is the case? Also the CEO felt that the share price was trading below NAV currently because the market doesn't quite understand the investment case and he was looking forward to the results and the presentation as an opportunity to clarify that investment case.

What is it that the market is failing to appreciate? If the market continues to fail to give credit to the investment case and the share price remains significantly below the NAV, what, if anything, can the board due to close the gap?

I am long here and remain positive long -term, though holding is currently underwater, and may buy more before the ex-dividend date. Appreciate any answers.

Super quiet on here isn't it. Not sure if that's a good or bad thing. Financial look good, but massive spread, few trades and seemingly illiquid shares. One post on here in 12 months. I hope to hang around long enough for the dividend, but am wondering if us shareholders are somewhat superfluous for this company.

Had hoped to see a bounce back today after the past few days significant falls. The other UK banks have seen rises of about 3%. Given that NWG have essentially stood still can this all be attributed to going ex-dividend yesterday or is there some other reason for negative sentiment. Is NWG more exposed in some way to the current liquidity concerns? Any thoughts?

Have I got this correct; the intention was to buy 84 million shares but they have announced the purchase of just 5 million? Is this the end of the process or can they continue to use the ARBB to purchase the remaining 79 million? Any experts out there can shed some light?

Not sure whether or not to commit a little more here, tempting certainly. Still curious/ concerned though by the significant drop the day before the ex- dividend date, and no holdings RNS to confirm a large shareholder is off loading. Anyone managed to unearth a probable cause? Whatever it was the BOD seemed happy enough to buy at higher levels which bodes well? Hopefully?!!

Did ST offer any guidance on timelines? He was very positive previously when I bought in, but sadly the SP has headed south ever since!
