I have had the same fears about why the do is so low. A raise dilutes the main bod holders unnecessarily. As john Henry says they have money enough for March drilling. Sprott also has warrants he could exercise if more cash was needed

I have read that most iis can’t buy our shares as we have too low a market cap.

Hope those points alleviate fears to some extent
