it is nice to speculate and throw ideas around but i think we should await the rns until we start telling people what is correct and isnt!!!

your purely speculating. a member of LSE threw out blackstone as a name (could be credible but could also be tosh) and from there on you have now managed to draw up mulitple scenarios that you seem sure are facts. please stop the speculating. i agree it would make sense but until the rns or hard facts are out it could be an asset manager like schroders and gs could have just liked the location of berkley sq and number 35 was the only one available for the right price!! lets just wait for rns. i hope the blackstone deal is true.

imo within next few weeks (not long at all) as you would hope when the rns on the 2nd dec it was all but signed, and like some posts yday it all has to be signed off by various committees etc so i would say not long at all. But i thought on the 2nd dec we would be getting an rns on the signed cf mid jan!
