I think its more likely all the buys around this price are due to a large sale order as there are not many in free float. I think I'll wait until 3.30ish and see what its looking like before adding more

What it does clearly show is an unspoken admission of guilt. If he's happy to pay a settlement figure to get the authorities off his back then why not do the same once he's got the former Head of CIA on his case? Most likely outcome is he agrees an out of court figure which MPL Directors are happy with.

Current mcap £7m. Assets of £160m being contested. Payment settlement of anything between £25m - £50m would still see this at least triple from here. Not a bad return should anyone buy in now and have the patience to wait for three weeks

1st April year end Update:-

The Company continues to make good progress on its strategy of identifying a target in the AI driven fintech industry and confirms that the Company itself has not been effected by the current market turmoil. FPP continues to focus on innovative technologies in large markets that are able to rapidly scale to reach a global footprint.

The company remains in a strong financial position following on from the balance sheet recapitalisation and refinancing undertaken earlier in the year. Due to strict cost control the company ended the year with c.£520k of cash on the balance sheet, no long term debt and a routine level of trade creditors to be settled in the ordinary course of business.

Just for clarity, it was me that sold the 2 x 200k blocks to invest elsewhere. I still hold and will probably be back to buy more than the 400k I sold should other opportunities pan out
