Bravo - I will also add that we might not be asked to vote on the deal if you read what was said to Naresh in his reply from Parsons. The deal may just be passed and go through, which could mean it may be at a price that could be above where the share price has reached. Who knows? Interesting nonetheless.

It's looking likely that the big RNS we have all been waiting for will land some time in the next 1-2 weeks then given that 21 days notice and assuming they are working on a deal to be concluded by year end.

Hopefully a deal will be concluded before year end, which is still the timeline they are advising. If they need a little longer to cross the t's and dot the i's, which will have to be RNS'd to us anyway, then fair enough. So long as we get a decent LE then I will be content. Hopefully we will get some return on our investments either later this year or into Q1 2020.

I think a lot of people are still licking their wounds here. It's been a tough period since the May 22nd RNS and a lengthy wait for any positive news. I guess I'm not surprised that the response to this morning's RNS is somewhat muted. I think this share will start to wake-up again now though. It's about time!

I suppose the only caveat is that they could still "go long", raise some finance, further develop the Te5 Horst and head for "first gas" in 2021. Crude may be able to give us an update later on after his visit to HQ and at the very least, gauge the general mood. Prawn mayo sandwich, scotch egg and a Farley's Rusk to accompany the mug of filtered coffee awaits him.

The market seems to have said, "meh" to this morning's RNS and I am not sure why? I read it as positive. It's definitely a step in the right direction. If it wasn't, I would have said so.

"Under the MOU the parties have agreed to use their reasonable endeavours to continue negotiations with a view to entering into a binding GSA, incorporating the key terms of the MOU and construed under Moroccan law, prior to the end of calendar year 2019. The MOU stipulates a 10 year initial term commencing on the date of signature of GSA and automatically renewing for further periods of five years thereafter, unless terminated by one of the parties with one year's notice. Further announcements regarding the progress of the negotiations in relation to the GSA will be made, as appropriate."

Portsmouth? Have a careful read of this final paragraph of this morning's RNS. MOU has been signed and they are working on getting the GSA signed-off before year end. Simples.

Yeah, MM's ubiquitous little tree shake to gather some stock before testing the 4p level again. The same pattern has happened the last few days. They need stock and they don't have a lot of it to play with versus the ever increasing demand for it. There'll probably be some very chunky buy orders sat on their books that need to be filled too. Boy, they've got their work cut-out, bless 'em!

4p easily reached. Now on to 5p....this is a share that is in fierce demand. The II's want a slice of the action now. HOLD on to your shares. I can't see the share price stalling at this rate. We have the interview today too and that should inject some more thrust into the share price. And there was I thinking that Palladium was a theatre a couple of weeks ago.

Have a read of that final paragraph of the RNS. It appears that all parties are working on getting a signed GSA in place before the end of this year. I anticipated correctly that we'd get news today and this is big news. The LE looks like it could still happen, even if Parsons may need what could be a little more time to cross the t's and dot the i's in what will be the first quarter of Q1. I suspect he'll be working on getting things wrapped up before year end though. Having the signed GSA in hand would be great to pass on to the new buyer of our Eastern Moroccan assets, but it isn't essential because we already know that the new buyer can conclude negotiations. This is good news though, folks.

Robjproft - Me too, mate. Thanks for giving me the strength to HOLD on to my shares now until we get an offer, which I don't think will be too far away.

Christian will ensure the wording used and the messages conveyed are unambiguous. I reckon we'll be very happy with what is said and I'm hoping it will calm people's nerves.

Could this reach 10p before not too long? Even 10p seems undervalued based on a potential sale value of the 'for sale' assets, which if you work out the share price value is circa 40p-50p region. 10p could easily come next week.

The share price still needs to gap-up in my opinion. I believe people here now reckon we're worth double digits and even if you base what will hopefully be a special dividend to all investors at 10p per share, the figures still appear to be very conservative versus the value of our assets. Using the company's hints, we are more in the 40p-50p territory - that is based on $750 million and our value could be higher given the increasing price of Palladium.

Looking for big gains again today in the share price as more and more shares enter stickier hands. There is going to be a scrap for shares today as the II's have entered the mix and these guys like to buy big. HOLD your stock close to your chests and don't let the MM's have it. GLA.

Do people think there is a chance that we could get a groundbreaking RNS tomorrow morning? It just so happens that Crudehope is attending HQ. is this pure coincidence or has it been pre-planned to coincide with some news? We'll find out tomorrow, I guess.

I believe you, mate. Thanks for your charitable donations. What say we all at SOU donate £20 to a chosen charity should we manage to get our Liquidity Event before year end? I'd be happy to do that. I reckon we'd raise thousands of pounds and we can then hand deliver a cheque to the charity / charities. Great publicity for SOU too with an article about who grateful investors clubbed their money together and donated to a chosen charity or charities. Just an idea....we can talk more about it in due course. The other place to gather charitable donations would be at the LE party where people can donate what they like and Sarah Dees can take all of the donations and organise sending the money to charity.

Jarrovian? I'm glad you took my tip about EUA before the price 3 bagged. Hoping that others on here also took my advice and made some decent money. Even Simonthezealot purchased a load this morning and is up over 60% when I last looked. Not bad for a day's work.
