Great posts today. I agree with BezzyBushFire in that a TO would be the most logical way forward for both Tencent and MYSQ. No point in JV deal when they can move straight to a clean takeover, so long as we shareholders approve of course, which I suspect most of us will.
This could happen in the foreseeable future i.e. within the next few months and pretty much soon after being hopefully awarded the payments licence. Tencent are extremely hungry for a position in MY, which MYSQ can offer without Tencent having to spend time building up a user base. Makes perfect sense to me and especially seeing as though the WeChat advertising project will be in full swing.

If you haven't noticed, there are many of us who are feeling positive about things right now - mainly due to Eric's sudden departure. The smarter investor would have already worked out that this was for a reason. A reason that will become all too clear very soon IMO. No coincidence that the RNS regarding joint the tie-in with Tencent came at the same time in the same RNS. The amusing thing was that tucked away towards the bottom of the RNS, it made reference to Eric's departure, which was very subtle because it was clearly designed to play second fiddle to the more prominent news, which we all know was to do with WeChat. It's almost as if Eric was the cause of this news or any for that matter, being released onto the market. Expect plenty more news to land imminently now that we have a clearer path ahead of us.

Your negativity as I mentioned the other day, is becoming very boring. If it's all too much for you to handle, it may be best for you to sell-up, accept the loss and move on elsewhere. There's a lot of us on here who are feeling chipper and are ready to embrace the future. We don't need moaners or whingers to bring the tone down. I say this whilst carrying that very same giant, black teapot that Graham Wales handed me yesterday ;)

With Eric now out of the way, the path is clear again and it's full steam ahead for MYSQ. Excellent time to be invested here IMO. Good sentiment has returned and the news flow upon us will confirm that we're very much moving again in the right direction. BOOM time very soon...

Can people on this bb now appreciate what I and my brother have been saying about Eric? We were consistent whilst out of this share just as we were in it. My feelings towards him never changed and for that I give myself a giant pat on the back. It was one of the reasons why I didn't attend the Investor Event a while back. I don't think I would have been able to contain my anger. It was good to see Saleem ask him a few soul searching questions though. Saleem some of you will know from being invested in SOU.

It's only a matter of time until we get news of the Payments Licence being awarded and the Payments Platform launching. The news will surely catch out a lot of investors / traders who won't see it coming and IMO should send the share price heading beautifully upwards again.

You don't have to dig around very much to read about Eric's past. I wish I had done some more reading a while ago. It makes for scary reading and he has a habit of evading court and playing delay tactics from what I read. I hope the judge sends him to prison and he can spend the next several years picking up soap in some Thai hot house. He can have a long, hard think about how many people he has let down, deceived and angered.

I agree that this slight delay in news is due to Eric's departure. Once the formalities are out of the way, we'll be back in the driving seat. We'll be fine I feel. Remember, we're out of the development phase and we have entered the growth phase. Loads of shares on AIM have been battered as of late, but the fundamentals here haven't really changed at all. If anything, they have become a lot, lot stronger and especially with the tie-up with Tencent.

Look at you all. All now talking about an early LE. It has only been I that has suggested this as a real possibility but all I got back was that I was talking out of my behind. The rest of you have acted as though you have been blinkered. Look at the quotes that JP is coming out with. Very telling if you ask me and expect the unexpected.

Looks like this one will dip below 2p. It's been on a downwards trajectory ever since Gorilla and his chums turned-up.
The silence on this board speaks volumes.
The market just said "meh" to the recent RNS, which IMO was just a reiteration of what the market already knows and a desperate attempt to breathe some life into this ailing share. People are too savvy and realise that you actually need plenty of dosh to get the stuff out and sold and environmental / mining permits signed off. With drilling not taking place until well into 2019, I can see the share price continue on its downwards trajectory and I suspect being shorted by many. I am not a shorter but I can see how people can make money from shorting a stock.
