really easy way of removing BAG is a very large placing taken up by IIs at a level where either PIs are not invited to participate ensuring that they no longer speak for even 5% of the shares or at a magnitude that those same PIs cannot/choose not to take their allocations up, leaving the remainder to be picked up by IIs, resulting in the same outcome.
