I would also suspect there is more pressure on Indivior to settle out of court for the beneficiary of those who will gain the most, but at what settlement?

Anytime soon apparently; Company blaming auditors for dragging their feet. Some are speculating that the accounts etc; have to be of an except able standard for a proper US listing.
Go on the American yahoo finance Portage 'chat' seems to be an active forum
Just been on HL's site to see if Portage shows up for trading; As far as I can see it will only list Portage (PBTu) which is on the Canadian Exchange. Unable to find Portage (PTGEF) which is on the American OCT market. Since I like many others (I am with II) have been informed, the shares are as far as I can work out, American OCT (PTGEF) which II clients have been informed that they are unable to deal on this exchange and like others on II have been informed that a share certificate will be issued within a few weeks.
This whole issue regarding Portage has been an administrative ****up, to say the least.
Can anyone provide any clarification that these (American OTC shares) can be dealt?
I am at a loss. Think I will go lye down in a darkened room !

They are indeed. I brought last week at 237 and is shown as a sale, shortage of stock?
Chazzy, My shares are under nominee so no problem with mine, I just have to wait for the USA release date.
But from past experience if you write an informed letter to the manager and send a copy to the CEO of any organization things tend to get sorted very quick......I think it's called going for the jugular lol
Anyway good luck
Hi Chazzy; I would suggest you contact in WRITING Pam Martin
Customer Services Centre Manager ; stating that it is their responsibility to resolve this matter asap and that failure to sort this you will hold them financial liable not only for the lose of value current or future values, but also for YOUR administration time at say £50- 100 per hour. Also a copy to - Thera Prins
Chief Executive Officer.
Great news indeed!
" Parsortix is the only CTC system being used in the study"
That's the bit I like. A clear vindication that Parsortix is way ahead of the pack.
Just need that FDA approval to see agl sky rocket in my opinion.

Hi *******
Restrictions that your broker is referring to is for the US residents. Portage shares issued in connection with SalvaRx acquisition are freely tradable in Canada by all non-US residents - on Canadian Securities Exchange under the symbol PBT.U.
I believe Salvarx shareholders circular provided certain names of the brokers in the UK who can handle CSE listed shares - see extract below:
"The CSE is a junior stock market in Canada and is not widely traded by investors in the UK. A number of UK-based brokers do, however, offer a trading platform for investors to dematerialise their Demerger Shares (should they wish to do so) and deal in Portage Shares electronically. Shareholders wishing to hold their Demerger Shares in dematerialised form should, in the first instance, speak to their existing broker to see whether they provide this service. If they do not provide this service, such Shareholders should contact other brokers. The Company makes no recommendation regarding which brokers Shareholders should contact regarding new accounts (if their existing brokers do not provide a CSE trading facility), but the Company has contacted an established London broker, Peterhouse Capital Limited (“Peterhouse”), who have consented to their contact details being included in this Document. Any engagement is subject to the standard terms and conditions of Peterhouse for new clients and Shareholders should satisfy themselves in this regard that they understand and accept the proposed terms. The Company accepts no liability or responsibility for
the appointment of any broker, or the terms of such appointment, by Shareholders.

Duncan Vasey dv@peterhousecap.com +44 (0)20 7469 0930"
Please contact one of them to see if they can handle your shares.
In view of this information I would advise other interactive Investor account holders and any other broker customers being given incorrect advise (advice for USA shareholders) to contact their brokers asap and draw this to their attention.
Portage also have provided information as to a UK broker that will deal with share certificate holders.
I hope this information is useful. Many thanks to Chazzy2 for your input:)
Thanks Chazzy. I just mailed them prior to seeing your message. waiting for their reply
I have tried unsuccessfully to email Portage; to get some clarification on dealing/ brokers, etc; but keep getting a 'sending error' on their contact page.
If others could try it would be useful?

long process, but hopefully worth it.
What a super update! and hopefully more to come with FY18 results. The sewer diagnostic technology could be another area of future growth. I for one am happy to just sit back and continue holding, might even add more on any 'dip'. gl to holders, Seems like it could be an amazing journey.
Hi BlockchainJane; I think despite the technical analysis, this share is more rated as a 'high flyer' Over-valued yes, high growth rate yes. Constantly pricing in well above average growth years ahead. If a company like this can achieve results 'ahead of expectations' then it is possible for the share price to go to lofty heights. This share has already hit a high of around 450 last year before dropping back to below 240 recently. I topped up again at 240 but I would be reluctant to buy at today's level because if the company fails to achieve above expected growth it could get hammered. Having said that this company has great potential and management. You pays your money and makes your choice! best wishes Jesterman
You may well be right seeingtom. I would imagine that partnerships would be crucial. What is impossible to predict are future earnings due to shared royalty agreements, etc; How many Oncology units would have how many machines, etc; and at what cost per test. But yes an agreement with a major player would have a big impact on the share price and even a possible takeover target, who knows!
