The Company announced on 16 February 2011 the results of its first appraisal well in the Petišovci project area in Slovenia in which the Company has a 75% working interest.  RPS, independent reservoir engineers, have estimated P50 gas in place for the Petišovci/Lovási/Ujfalu project of 412 Bcf..  The Pg-11 well, the first drilled in the Petišovci-Globocki field in 22 years, targeted six middle Miocene reservoirs, all of which were intersected and found to be gas bearing which, in the Directors' opinion, underpins the commercial potential of the project.  In addition, Pg-11 encountered the Lower Miocene Karpatian reservoir from which gas and condensate were sampled and flared.  The Directors expect that this additional, potentially naturally fractured reservoir, could contain additional resource potential of over 100 Bcf..

Just to correct you end of 2017 ascent had spent 50 million euros not pounds or pence which at today's exchange is about 43 million pounds. But I'll agree it's still a lot for what weve got running 2 wells and a pipeline...I'd have to check how much it was to actually drill these wells.

Until the permits (which were applied for well over one year ago) are granted, the Company is unable to undertake the planned work to re-stimulate these wells let alone commence the re-entries of the other existing Pg wells. So according to this looks like they've applied permits for all wells and not just the two. Gla let's hope they see sense.

Time will tell we've not had much success yet with the deeps. I sometimes cannot get my head round what they state in rns's one minute it's a metre of metal stuck in a5 the next their milling out 100's of metres... bit of a joke really is this so the bod can load up at these cheap prices or once licence comes will they get a move on to get these deeps flowing. If we had one deep flowing would we need to loan money?
