Brilliant, get into profit and will not let me sell but offer negotiated deal for£1000,
then profits wiped out within minutes, joke.
When BB was on going SS said hed seen smelt and tasted the oil, or words to that effect and someone showed a jar of oil next to a tank with guages reading three quarters full.
That took some working out as no oil tankers were arriving, turned out the tank was a waste tank as slightly diffrent colour to other oil tanks.Hood winked.
.My 6.7 mill sale came up as buy, suspect MMs trying to stop sell offs by creating a buy scenario then the buys will get mugged off later on as SP reality hits.
SS if planing granted would have gone for more finance then once he had it would have issued the RNS.IMO.
$13 still stands as transport in it.
SS Needs to take a pay cut in these challenging times, even Michael o,leary has tooka 50% pay cut.
When ever SS remains quiet as in BB you know hes covering problems.
My mail to SCC,
Good evening,
Please can you advise me of the Legality of todays meeting with ref to UKOGs application to drill for gas/oil at Loxley.
The meeting had several technical issues in the broadcast and some points were missed.
The vote at the end seemed a farce with one councillor asking his wife for advise a d others confused as which was the correct way to vote, for the rejection motion or against and as it was lost by one vote maybe you should think again.
Also all your Legal team advised you this would be overturned on appeal probably with costs awarded to UKOG for the disturbance of bussiness.
If your not going to listen to your paid legal team and planning advisers then you have a problem with your Councillors and would advise a shake up.
This will cost the SCC now up to £200,000 in defending a position that your advisors told you would not stand up on appeal.
A serious look at this matter and Legality of the vote needs to be looked at.
If you can approve similar bussiness ventures in Surrey such as the wedding venture which brings in up to 10,000 vehicles and HGVs why do you object on traffic grounds a much smaller application?
Maybe if your Councillors had to pay for the appeal out of there own pockets and not the tax payers pockets they would heed legal advise.
Rgds,
John R
Theres something wrong in that the council do not liten to there paid council of lawers a d special plannning advisers, if in law they cannot prove a ything wrong with the application they should not be allowed to reject a lawful application, i would sue the council ontop of appeal for there a tions.NOT IN MY BACK YARD BRIGADE.They had no intention from the onset of approval for this.SHAMBLES.
If it was my council i would be f.... furious with them.
UKOG should withdraw offer to help counity and appeal
42 percent up
The only major onshore field is Wytch Farm in Dorset but there are a handful oil wells scattered across England. There is significant shale potential in the Weald and in the Bowland Shale under Lancashire & Yorkshire, but only a few wells have been drilled to date.
Must be UKOG he's talking about, what other small PRODUCERS are there in UK .
Let's hope that's UKOG, Certainly something happening to motor this share.

Let's hope there's no RNS, SP always nose dives. GLA.
