The 260 is in dollars not UK sterling as far as I can see...but yes even at £10m the SP should be considerably higher given that NSCI has just a £24m mcap currently with AZ on board plus lots of other stuff
Welcome news from Ironveld #IRON in relation to a slice of their Vanadium resource - confirm investment deal is on track & expectation of a conclusion "soon". As largest holder we are upbeat and expect an imminent rebirth of the co taking us many multiples higher than the current stock price. Full rationale here - https://t.co/MpC6R4uKS8 Buy.
Just a reminder of recent ongoings at SNT whilst we await a hopeful big US contract to role in. The Sabien Chairman invested a staggering £450k of his own money at 36p a share. That's a plus 45% premium to the current SP. Mcap only £3.75million Goverment contract already in place plus contracts with other major firms Fully funded 1.1% of the company was purchsed in one trade in April President is currently in the US negotiating expected contracts. Imminent one hopes! There's probably other stuff I've missed off but SNT is looking great going forward.
It's 11 weeks tomorrow that the new president, Danny Mills said this "I am delighted to be joining Sabien Inc. at this pivotal time. With a number of US opportunities already identified I believe Sabien, Inc. will make an early contribution to Sabien Technology Group's success."
It surely can't be too much longer to wait for news on some contracts? Fingers crossed!
Info taken from the 23rd April operational update RNS regarding awaited assays.
The planned diamond drilling has been completed on seven additional drill holes (drill hole numbers DX 10 to DX 16). The preparation of samples was completed and shipped to the SGS Lakefield laboratory in Canada for assay. The Company is currently awaiting the final assay report.
Allign "conservative" price target of 11.2p (+1000% on current SP)
Recent $12.5 million placing (in which the chairman bought $350k).
Assays results expected any day.
Around 80% of the company shares held by chairman/institutional investors (including the worlds largest lithium miner which owns 18% of KP2).
Tweet in early April from KP2. A transformational week for Kore Potash. We have signed an MoU and completed the fundraise needed to bring the world class Kola potash project into construction, and then production. This is huge progress for the Company, all our stakeholders and shareholders.
I may have missed some other positive facts about KP2 but even based on this basic info, it all looks set for a staggering rise at some point soon.
I certainly found it very interesting calculating prospective share prices based on the mcap's should we get good news on Bolivian Lithium and/or the Ghana Oil project, both of which would have a significant impact on the SP I'm sure. Seems as if its a great buy in at this price with the current mcap so low.
870 million shares Current share price .39p = £3.4 million mcap 1p = £8.7 million mcap 2p = £17.4 million mcap 3p = £26.1 million mcap 4p = £34.8 million mcap

With rumours/suggestions that FPP are the RTO company in question on LSE and, in particular, on Twitter, would the board need to deny or admit a potential tie up in an RNS? I guess anything positive from management and the share price would whoosh upwards significantly.

PERE own 100% of the A-voting shares in Minto so they are clearly in a very strong position going forward.
The shares being issued have been known about since January and include Directors buying in 3.25 million shares. The fact they are Directors purchases should be a massive positive . Gati Al-Jebouri will own over 20%!
RE: 8MIL MARKET CAP. Get on it. This is huge news12 May 2021 21:00
Just to reiterate the headline figures put out today (which may have got lost in Macca's incessant postings!!)..... Average annual production of 38 million lbs and average annual EBITDA in excess of US$40 million between 2021 and 2025. $265 million NPV Current MCap £7.5million.
Quite simply these are staggering figures and there's appears to be a significant disconnect between the current mcap and the NPV. Although the SP increased nicely today, surely this is just the start and a massive re-rate is on the cards.

Average annual production of 38 million lbs and average annual EBITDA in excess of US$40 million between 2021 and 2025. $265 million NPV Current mcap under £8million. Staggering figures! Surely a higher re-rate is on the cards?!
Yes, trying to be funny after a few ales! The sarcastic point I was trying to make was its now 17 working days since due dilligence was completed which seems quite a long time for the transfer of funds. Show us the money!
For everyones info, I once had a few million transferred to me from Namibia. I'm pleased to say it took just 17 short working days (including a bank holiday)......so with that in mind, I'm in no doubt whatsoever that the money will be in KZG's account by 9:00am sharp tomorrow morning. You heard it here first!
Over 5 weeks since the 30th March RNS "Talks at an advanced stage with a major partner seeking to take a strategic equity stake in the Company at a premium to the current share price"...and "which we hope to conclude in the coming weeks".
It'd be good to establish who the major partner is, how much they've invested and at what price. Can we have an update now please Mr Eales as its dragging on a bit!
Ref Ironveld #IRON We have been looking for loose stock/warrant holders - seemingly held tight. Market bid in the middle. Clock's ticking on investment conclusion now. Hopefully a complete rebirth of the company is imminent.
