Info taken from the 23rd April operational update RNS regarding awaited assays.

The planned diamond drilling has been completed on seven additional drill holes (drill hole numbers DX 10 to DX 16).
The preparation of samples was completed and shipped to the SGS Lakefield laboratory in Canada for assay. The Company is currently awaiting the final assay report.

$1.6 billion overall project MOU signed

15% up on ASX

Allign "conservative" price target of 11.2p (+1000% on current SP)

Recent $12.5 million placing (in which the chairman bought $350k).

Assays results expected any day.

Around 80% of the company shares held by chairman/institutional investors (including the worlds largest lithium miner which owns 18% of KP2).

A transformational week for Kore Potash. We have signed an MoU and completed the fundraise needed to bring the world class Kola potash project into construction, and then production. This is huge progress for the Company, all our stakeholders and shareholders.

I may have missed some other positive facts about KP2 but even based on this basic info, it all looks set for a staggering rise at some point soon.

I certainly found it very interesting calculating prospective share prices based on the mcap's should we get good news on Bolivian Lithium and/or the Ghana Oil project, both of which would have a significant impact on the SP I'm sure. Seems as if its a great buy in at this price with the current mcap so low.

With rumours/suggestions that FPP are the RTO company in question on LSE and, in particular, on Twitter, would the board need to deny or admit a potential tie up in an RNS? I guess anything positive from management and the share price would whoosh upwards significantly.

Yes, trying to be funny after a few ales! The sarcastic point I was trying to make was its now 17 working days since due dilligence was completed which seems quite a long time for the transfer of funds. Show us the money!

For everyones info, I once had a few million transferred to me from Namibia. I'm pleased to say it took just 17 short working days (including a bank holiday)......so with that in mind, I'm in no doubt whatsoever that the money will be in KZG's account by 9:00am sharp tomorrow morning. You heard it here first!

Over 5 weeks since the 30th March RNS "Talks at an advanced stage with a major partner seeking to take a strategic equity stake in the Company at a premium to the current share price"...and "which we hope to conclude in the coming weeks".

It'd be good to establish who the major partner is, how much they've invested and at what price. Can we have an update now please Mr Eales as its dragging on a bit!

Ref Ironveld #IRON We have been looking for loose stock/warrant holders - seemingly held tight. Market bid in the middle. Clock's ticking on investment conclusion now. Hopefully a complete rebirth of the company is imminent.

It's one month this coming Friday when news was announced of a potential "major partner" to be announced within the "coming weeks" so surely news has to land by 30th otherwise the weeks become, well, a month! Is it time for take off or is it time to go back to sleep?!

The 30th March rns states "talks at an advanced stage with a major partner seeking to take a strategic equity stake in the Company at a premium to the current share price."......"which we hope to conclude in the coming weeks".

My interpretation of "coming weeks" is that this is more than a week but less than a month, so as it's 3 weeks today, we should hopefully get news any time now...or certainly in the next week.

The trade of 384722 at .90 is mine and is 100% a buy.

Vanadium 1.6 billion pounds x £5.73 = £9.1billion and that is just Vanadium
32 million tons of High Purity Iron = £2.3billion
9 million tonnes of Titanium = £32billion

Lots going on with KP2 and it could be a big week ahead with news expected by 31st March on various fronts. It'll be transformational news hopefully!!

DX DFS work planned for the quarter ending 31 March 2021 includes the following:
· Completion of the planned diamond drill holes.
· Completion of the geo-mechanical testing and modelling.
· Completion of the subsidence modelling.
· Design of the cavern layout and production extraction sequencing.
· Commencement of an update of the geological model to incorporate the DFS drilling results.
· Completion of the test works being done by SQM to improve confidence in the potassium carrying capacity of the production brine.
