Funny that all the headlines yesterday were about terrible brick and mortar sales for retail in July, Online increased by 4% in the month but thg, boo etc all got smashed and Next only dropped .02%.

Boohoo business is doing just fine they have had a tough time however they have been laying the foundations for a multi channel operation. The games the shorts are playing is background noise and will go away eventually. You only have to look at the sells which are algo trades by bots it’s not PIs that are selling and there aren’t any II selling so it’s just shorts to MMS.

I would also recommend a sale and lease back however London commercial prices have dipped over the last 12 months so no value selling. In any case Kamanis never sell property only acquire.
