we have many cash shell at the moment, and many of which coming to end their 6 mths notice of making reverse takeover - CAF - Polemos - Piri and now RLH many of these will involve many placings in between, before having confirmed their reverse takeover

many not interested to buy knowing that they will do draw down yet again

looks like Paul sold all his position in CAF and he is now increasing his stake in RGM. CAF maybe a good company but RGM has higher chances to multibag in short term, hence the reason he is upping his stake in RGM i think.

although we have term credit in place, from the recent RNS, its clear that more placing will be needed. it may be that those in the know are selling this as soon there will be placing? at what price though?

looks like higher volume that usual. maybe someone trying to build large position while cheap? and tryng to trigger as many stop loss as possible?

its for major opportunities. sounds like major positive news already in the pipeline. happy to wait.

and hence appointed someone like David who is very rich and deep pocket, plus has strong connection with several fund managers whcih he founded previously. so, am expecting David to pump large quality money to CAF which will allow us to do quality RTO PLUS other assets as discussed.

i like this part "- access to high quality capital for the future including institutions, hedge funds and family offices." am holding my position and it seems large financial institutions will be interested and building stake with CAF

perhaps, we would soon expect Sirius to be buying large stake in CAF. might ended up like SOLG which after large fund backing, they rose massively. so, thats very positive news for us. and Paul has many other stakes that he is focusing on including to be appointed bod in rgm

surprised that we are down on excellent news. maybe still have overhang from the recent placing. i am sure once overhang are gone, we should be moving steadily north

our mcap is very cheap, not even 10m yet. compared that to other similar companies will have more than 30m mcap.

many like myself wasnt expecting RNS after 8am. more will see and read this tonight and expect some fireworks soon..

we have low number of shares, we should move up easily. excellent news on lithium and those in uru and kod will be coming to us soon :)

CAF may not only do one project, could be two. nevertheless. RGM has rare earth tantalum (which PJ has said he is very interested - see RNS there) or more likely both RGM and CAF will participate in a totally new lithium all together. (which is imho even more interesting) anyway, lets see what tomorrow bring. I am in both RGM and CAF so maybe a bit bias
