CF wont be able to sell more (if they havent sold all theirs) once this is under administration as administrator will take control of the fund and find another fund manager to take stakes in RBD from them.

CF has been selling this since Jan and I expect last week was the last lots they wanted to sell and hence sp drift rapidly on friday as they were selling all remaining.

so, I am expecting sp to recover back to 3p next week.

either CF has completely sold out all their holdings, or due to large size, they may have sold some/half of it, while the rest will be for administrator to find a buyer to buy the rest of holdings from CF

it was just a generic statement- if anything, they will ask for exclusive agreement first. so i dont expect any farm out to be finalised before any exclusive agreement in place.
