Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
So the general consensus by all the instant upticks equates to harbour is just a vehicle for all insiders to get out of at higher prices.
Which is not bad as long as the mkts last and the fed keep up on top of the debt mkt with there yield curve control.
Narrows the window down a bit in the lth years prospect tho

Not knocking the deal sounds fantastic on paper and a decent finish today but if BP payed 22 on the barrel a year or so ago and harbours paying $8 if that's right? that would suggest there in a rush I would have thought.
Just wondering who is getting the better deal harbour picking up assets in far flung places in a turbulent unknown future.
Or basf with the 2.5b on the balance sheet and what seems to be left with the icing on the cake Nord stream and federal funding if that is the case?
Not knocking it havnt a clue and purely for discussion.
Any thoughts ;-)
Do they take all these assest as well
In parallel to the transaction with Harbour, the legal separation of Wintershall Dea’s Russia-related business is progressing as planned. BASF and LetterOne will remain the owners of the company holding the Russia-related business, for which significant federal German investment guarantees are in place. The Russia-related business includes stakes in the joint ventures in Russia, the ownership interest in Wintershall AG in Libya (Wintershall Dea share: 51%), in Wintershall Noordzee BV in the Netherlands (Wintershall Dea share: 50%) as well as the share in Nord Stream AG (Wintershall Dea share: 15.5%).
*debt will be clear in 2 years and $2bn cash from target cashflow pays for the deal*
You sure that's right....
