Like you've mentioned in your previous post, it appears absurdly cheap. Update in
a few weeks will give a clearer picture as it's first one since they sold the other part of their business - cant see any other reason for the current sp value .

Regardless of dividends returned to shareholders over the years, the longterm performance of the management in relation to SP has been very poor. The recovery in the brent price shouldn't be ignored and is making the current SP look cheap in relation, though I would say that as bought yesterday and the day before.

The heavy volume over the last couple of days is mainly due to a .50% short taken out yesterday. ( Millennium Management) the third time they have targeted Phar in last couple of months, though they have only held for a couple days.

The management have slowly destroyed this company. The Pharos website takes a lot of joy in bragging about the cash they have returned to shareholders over the years yet fail to mention the historic share price decline of the corresponding years.

The worst performing oil company yet the highest paid muppets - embarrassing. Maybe they can get Malcy to talk em up again if they load him up custard cream biscuits..

Daily average trading volume is 73000 opposed to 1.2 mill currently.. looks good for a big move tomorrow.

Malcy speaking of quality management that Pharos has is just laughable. The share price history of this company is atrocious.

Going to have a long wait for these for move up. Lots of other oilers will move up before these get a sniff.

Who's going to be interested buying these until the impairment is known..? Avoid like the plague this one. Imo.

Before yesterday's RNS, Allieds fully diluted stake stood at 35.81%. Yesterdays RNS confirms a fully diluted stake of 36.61% stake. This is correct. How the valuation is created I will leave to others but looks good to me.

Just seen the report. Edison value ALM fed stake at 26.4p . Would guess they are more informed than me! Not a bad valuation when you take in the rest of the assets and cash.

I've only read the half year report from september 2019. Fully diluted stake stood at 35.81%.. hence where I got the .8% from. Correct me if I'm having a bad hair day..
