Hi guys just checking, I am sure I read in an RNS that the asset value over 10 years was £1 billion am I correct?

Hi Herman. If I remember correctly EUZ said that the asset is worth a billion pounds over 10 years. Is UFO's asset worth more? What about your other investment what is their asset worth?
When I first invested here I was confident and happy along with a good few others, I am not the only one to of had their confidence knocked.
It's mainly due to sheds and bricks reassurance that helps lift my spirits. Now I read your message I have another bit of hope!

Hi Bobby, hope your enjoying Christmas. I think that is pretty concise. You can't argue the fact, the asset is world class. The asset is in a great location, EUZ have some extremely clever and qualified people doing the work. But you can argue business management is not great in regards to the share price. The RNS's have all been great, with each RNS the share price should of moved up.
The reason for this in my opinion is dilution, it happened before, we had consolidation which was great all was well, then like a bolt of lightning came dilution. Why? Here is the problem, why would you invest here? The fear would be further dilution, do this and an investors investment is worthless.
The asset becomes worthless as there will be so many shares and share holders there is no point in being invested.
If EUZ come out and said there will be no more dilution, we have plenty of money then I for one would feel safer.
This is the largest investment in my portfolio and I don't feel comfortable currently. I could sell, but I don't want to make pennies, I want to make pounds!!!! I will hedge my bets and hold for now a new year is coming with new hopes for the future GLA.

Always hard on a short written post to include everything you want to say, with a long written post it can turn into waffle and a blur!!!.
With regards to managing the business, I and many others would like to see the share price move if even by a little north!!! But we are heading south, a world class asset as has been described previously should be worth something. Currently appearing to be worth nothing hardly world class. EUZ as many have said before needs some good PR people to market the business. With this and a world class asset this won't fly or rocket it will go super sonic which I don't mind waiting for. Obviously all my own opinions and hopes GLA.

Surely there is not enough asset in the ground to warrant another dilution, the SP would not be worth anything. In my opinion the only people that dilution would help would be the management themselves.
The PFS is the most important thing here, it is the only thing that will make EUZ worth a thing, with a good PFS and then a mining licence the brakes are off. Only the EUZ board can let the company and this bb down, very intelligent and experienced people in their respective fields, just not very good at running the actual business and inspiring confidence in current and future investors in my opinion.
This is a shame as I wanted to invest a little more a while back, glad I didn't as the SP dropped. Not even a brexit deal helps us. It is time to sit and wait, hoping EUZ do not run out of money.

Current M.cap = £197 million approx divide this by current shares in issue approx 172 million gives you an SP £1.13 approx. Current m cap £197 million + £82 million profit = £279 million. £279 ÷ 172 million shares = £1,72 approx. Simple fag packet maths. GLA it won't open much higher, it will if brexit is agreed.

I have worked out the opening price to be £1.64. A good start but I won't be opening my expensive mineral water just yet, I will stick with tap water.

Sorry guys, its all my fault every share I buy into crashes its just my unlucky luck. On Monday I may try Apple, Tesla and maybe bitcoin. Wait for the crash!!!!
