Where dyou get 750 from? You on the drugs again?
...a little underwhelmed at first. Don't quite understand why their earnings are seasonal. Back later no doubt
BB....been here since summer 2012 at 79p. No rampers here, I shall be selling this one when they arrive and that is years away by which time the prospects for the plc will be very different. Results Monday, won't be special and that will be it for another six months but in 2 to 5 years you will be glad you climbed aboard at these levels. The market is absolutely huge. Back on Monday.
There are quality grounds for making the assumption that this company may have a substantial growth in profits. This is self evident already in the results. However those who have read the report will observe that over 100m of Rfp/tender processes have been engaged in and even with a 20% hit rate ( which is reasonable in a sector where instructions have already been accepted with industry giants ) there is a case for a five fold increase in fees over the next few years. Some intelligent commentary accompanied the financial statements stating that the risks will be to create the infrastructure to service the weight of such a volume of contracts ( if awarded ). Some assertive sub contracting may well need to take place rather than a hire n fire employment base and the skill will be in addressing the questioning of this process in a Rfp/tender process. For share price followers, is a no news is good news until such time a contract is won. The risk is of news flow that despite award, the plc cannot deliver the services as engaged. This is an interesting one, the product and IP is there, can it service it's share of a multi billion dollar industry. In the meantime, the market "appears" to be taking it on trust.
For the info. A HOld for me.
....investors champion did a note yesterday citing the clearance of a stock overhang...
...more excellent news. Wish I had something technical or insightful to add. In the meantime all I can say is I feel comfortable on this side of the tape owning some than not owning some
I agree and the mkt has to anticipate now whether the entirety of the income derived from he contracts can be settled ( notwithstanding any new contract wins)
But I am as invested in this as much as I would want to be, they are valid questions not a thinly veiled deramp
As someone with a background in managing framework agreements and call off contracts it would be worth doing some research into he profitability of these contracts and of course the dependencies. We are unlikely to see copies of the contracts as p.i,s so without knowing what terms are in place for termination for convenience, termination for breach, liability, warranties and indemnities, charges and payment terms, exclusivity et al then we have nothing to safely conclude that the plc will be entitled to "the entirety" of the income these contracts provide. I think this is why the mkt doesn't shoot up upon contact execution as distinct from initial and unexpected letter of intent, the mkt will now want to see how much it "actually" brings in. Views on this much appreciated.
Hold on to these and our c'cks will be in custard before long
....by WSecurities. Not an upgrade but a reiteration
Yes I expect the 1999 buyers are now looking at inflation adjusted returns...
at 138. Would like it to have been cheaper but I always say that. Have a tuck away SIPP now with the likes of HYR, LOQ, AMO, INCA, WIND, TCG, AGL and VLK. Wonder which will have grown the most in 5 years. We shall see. Anyway, I shall be more than happy to prepare the questions for any shareholder GM as stated this weekend. Good luck all
For the responses. The reasons for my questions is to establish what the knowns are versus the unknowns. The price certainly reflects the announcements in the first three months of this year. One has to factor in any disappointment factor on the Letters of Intent but similarly if they under promise and over deliver than they will be the first call of the four options described already. I expect there will be new business on top of these in 2014 and 2015 if all goes well, something else I don't know if what the margin per contact is but I expect if we all knew that then we'd be typing "in clover". I might pop along to som shareholders meetings if I can assimilate some aggregated questions worthy of an agm/egm . Happy to speak to posters first..
does anyone think they might have spread themselves about thin ie can they meet all the capacity of these instructions ? Secondly can any firm copy their USP which I assume is the equipment and Know How ?
welcome BH, yes a good spec here which took me ages to find. Results end of April. The sort of company you are only going to hear from twice a year
Well down Lookers
Trades going through HL top sliced a few, hanging on for the chunky finish
