George Frangeskides, Chairman at ALBA, explains why the Pilbara Lithium option ‘was too good to miss’. Watch the video here.
Its under the 'view shareholder meetings' tab on the my-accounts page when you first log in. Just put my 200,000 shares in as against all three motions. I'm down 95% and at this point I'm not going to let them walk off with the only bit of value left.
All we have to go on is the RNS they released shortly before the suspension which said "Accordingly, SAE is targeting the publication of the 2022 Annual Report as soon as the auditor completes their final processes which is expected to occur during July 2023.". Based on that if we aren't up and going again a week into August, then I will start worrying.
Being an optimist here, but if the price gets high enough that it becomes worth exercising options from the last raise, it could unlock a sizable chunk of extra investment! Which itself could push back the time of the next funding call
mister_tidal the asset management arm holds 39,464,000 shares accounting for 5.46% of the company, they then also hold 68,630,000 through their stockbroker arm, thats 9.49%. Effectively representing 15% of the current share value, so I'd like to hope they would get a more solid reply. (figure from market screener, but they aren't far off what was listed at the AGM)
I hold my shares through HL, and in one form or another HL as an entity are the second largest shareholder in SAE, so I've asked them to have a look at this and talk to SAE. It will be interesting to see if they get a better response than those of you who have phoned or tweeted them.
Hopefully not, they could easily buy a controlling stake in SAE for well below its potential value. I would much rather see it grow organically before someone like Shell comes along and buys it out
Just took the opportunity to top up again, finally bringing my weighted average below 2.5p from lofty heights of 19p back in 2020. I'm just hoping that in a year or two we might be looking at being closer to my original entry point if we get a series of positive RNS's between now and then.
Earl, that was 2 months ago, 99% of users on this chat will already know that and its priced into the value already. I personally think its undervalued, but when you do stupid pump and dumps all you create is a more unstable stock that people have less confidence in in the future! If you're going to keep posting stuff, quit spamming the feed and try to add something productive that is new!
The last real update on AR4 CFD from BEIS stated-
"National Grid ESO has submitted the notice of auction for Allocation Round 4 (AR4) to qualifying applicants, notifying them that an auction will take place.
From 24 May 2022, National Grid ESO will invite qualifying applicants to submit their sealed bids. This window will close on 15 June 2022."
Hopefully that means we should hear something in the near-ish future
The debt repayment is what I have been most worried about, and the RNS is better than I hoped, not only are they clear for another year (with a significant new source of income to pay it back), they don't have to pay off the interest that had been due next month until September. Personally I think this is going to have a bigger impact than yesterday! No wonder someone spent over 200K yesterday!
Not really, the new Australian government have promised to be their greenest ever etc. A large proportion of their population live on or near the coast. Combined it means that in general I expect Monday to be a good day for green stocks and there is a chance they may start looking at tidal in a way they haven't before which would be good for us here.
There is a drop across global markets in anything that isn't seen as a 'safe bet'. Basically all tech has dropped, Apple has been hit hard enough they lost their spot as the most valuable company on the planet. I'm honestly surprised SAE hasn't dropped more over the last 48hrs
I think we're going to see fluctuating over the next few days peaking at 3.5 maybe, but generally settling slight higher than yesterday around the 3/3.1 mark. I doubt we will see any real change until an RNS on the refinancing or a cfd. I doubt even the 3rd turbine in the water will make much real difference until Abundance have made a decision.
