I think you are right to be suspicious and heating panels are not that sexy, however we have to trust that they are a pretty low risk operation which will lead to some income. It would be possible to spend a lot of R&D money and get no return at all which Harper has said is exactly what he doesn't want to do, so true to form there at least.

Looks like google finance are preparing to add the Helsinki exchange entry HEL:TLV1VN0113 into their stock tracking database. The entry is there but no live data coming through yet.

I have no real idea. I am guessing that the Finnish govt will not let TALV collapse completely as that would be a bigger environmental and employment disaster than any sort of rescue.. With nickel at $18K/Tonne something should be possible. Whether the debt has to be written off, at least partially, for the company to survive in a sustainable way and what that means for the equity I am clueless and I would also welcome some comment.

Well we have 25% spread so that just means that someone is selling rather than buying. Too soon to see if there is any trend.
