I think we could be seeing people moving some of their GGP profits into Rock, as alot of people seem to think Rock is following the same pattern and potentially exceeding the GGP price. Exciting times!

GGP is at 13.5 today, hopefully we will all be vindicated for our belief in Rock and see a similar rise

Even the great results we have received so far this year, hasn't driven the share price up like this it has done the opposite most of the time! I am just speculating that's all very pleased to see it rising again though.

The only other thing I can think of that could explain a spike like this on the back of no news is a joint venture being agreed maybe?

I think its surprised most off how the share price has been held back so long, it's worth far more that it is at currently based on results the results we have already received. If the rumours are correct and the results of the deeper drilling are as positive as they are expected to be the SP should far exceed the peak of December.

Sorry to disappoint Max but you are talking absolute rubbish. I have held in this company since last year and continue to do so. The mine is not yet active, so the price of precious metals that are contained within the mine has minimum to no effect on the share price. You are going to have to try a bit harder to disappoint us on the back of the 20% rise.

Any time we have good positive news always seems to be followed by idiots trying to deramp.. just looking at Zwarts posts demonstrates that ramps up on every board he has shares in including this one when he held, Sells then tries to deramp to get back in when he realises he should have held. Basically proves he talks utter rubbish when attempting to influence SP

I'm guessing the news is becoming more wide spread as the SP seems to be heading up quite quickly now.

Agreed the SP can only head up with the knowledge we already have. Potential here is massive

not necessarily... the rise in December was due to a great set of drilling results. Drilling has once again started, so another set of good results could see this share exceed the December high, as the SP is already much higher than it was pre December results. The rise of the SP past the December high could happen as soon as the first set of results from the current drilling is released if it follows the same pattern as the December results. Either way a very exciting time for all those holding in ROCK!

Brilliant to have the positivity back for this share, gives a lot of us who have held some reassurance :)

A lot of us are in the same boat at the moment Sam but nothing has changed since we all decided to invest based on the great drill results and the potential money to be made from holding here. Unfortunately any new potential investors looking on this board will not see any of that information, only negative comments that will put them off. I am not trying to ramp up here either its just a shame we are no longer seeing the factual information about Rock and its potential being discussed, that made this an exciting share to be involved in. At the moment its only posts from disheartened investors, I am not having a pop at those people like I say I am in the same boat and understand the frustration its not nice seeing the SP lower than what you paid

I can't see it dropping that low especially with news expected in January, even if it ever did drop that low you haven't lost all your original money its a gold mine!!! worse case scenario is your money is tied up until they move closer to mining. If it is the 5th biggest gold mine in the world like people have predicted they your shares are going to be worth ALOT of money not to mention the dividends the shares will earn.

Looks like people are getting wise to the attempts at driving the price down now though as sales seem to be few and far between

The only issue here is lack of patience. It may fall again slightly but the reality is with the amount of gold and copper rock has it will go up! the only questions is how long it takes. Try not to panic and hold on patience pays!

I'm also holding, as stressful as this is at the moment I think selling is short sited
