I'm not convinced by the scatter gun approach to deals coming off across global locations, China, Brazil etc .
This doesn't stand up to scrutiny.
Do they have the manpower to manage this? No of course not.
They should be focussing their resources on landing a deal.

from the sound of it, the COSL rig was absolutely knackered, and is undergoing a lot more than a re-cert MOT.
Once again, the board have failed massively, and have not managed what is a relatively straight forward operational activity.

What i do share with you however, is SRSP's lack of transparency. Clearly they are way off target in terms of deploying assets to the drill site. The market should have been updated long ago.

I do recall that the sRSP crew were given 2 months leave whilst the rig underwent service in Dubai, effective from 25th July.....as it is SRSP we are talking about then I wouldn't re-mortagge my house off the back of that, but ther may be some plan afterall.
